The overall store is nice and easy to get around in. The employees there are pretty knowledgeable about what products are coming out and what to get or not to get. The employees are usually friendly and easy to talk to, ether about issues your having or about up coming games and how they will play, so on and so on. So why two stars? The manager of the store is a complete ass clown thats why. I bought a headset didnt like it and took it back within an hour. The guy claiming to be the manager told me that game stop does not take returns on such things. I looked and the receipt that I was given and explain to him it states no where in your policy about what your saying, He gave me the most confused look ever, I said I wanted to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager, One of the employees from the store leaned over and said just do a damaged accessory return on the item. The "manager" looked so furious when someone told him that, he returned the item with the most butt hurt look on his face I have seen. He is unfriendly and very unprofessional when it comes to dealing with customers.

I, myself, have worked at a Gamestop in Southern California. I was the Store Manager, with an average total net footprint of $25k a day. Now, I am not saying I know it all, because I do not. But, I do know that the Store Manager here is a prick. If he does not know what you are talking about, or if you bring him new info and he can not find it in his VERY LIMITED computer system in the the store, then it is just not true. He talks down to customers, looks at you like you are an idiot and laughs at things people say. I live on post. This store is 4 minutes from my house if I WALK there. I now go to the one by Walmart on the 41A. They AT LEAST pretend to care. Oh and they also listen... You are just a Store Manager of a Gamestop buddy. Get over yourself please. Thanks. Every trip there they have had what I needed. I appreciate the fact that they still have used games, this means I can looks for what is old and buy it, like Gears of War or Minecraft old stuff like that makes my day because its still around. The Staff are great and know what is going I about new releases and game information. This one particular Game stop is close by and convenient enough for me to walk there and not worry about driving or taking a taxi.

The employees are keen on updating their knowledge with video games coming out and I appreciate them for that. When I come in asking a question, they typically answer it and give more more info. I like this Gamestop store, they are very helpful and I recommend them to other people in the area.
