Dont try and preorder or try to have them get a game thats out of stock on the website sent from another location. You pay for a game sent from another Gamestop and when the game comes in it magically disappears nowhere to be seen. I know that the higher ups just restaffed this store but Im pretty sure they need to clean house again. Every employee here needs to be let go for not doing their jobs.

So I went in there today and was told I couldnt return a games I had bought less then 30 days before. When there policy says and the guy that sold me the game told me I could return it and get my money back within 30 days. Well when I went to return it and get my money back I was told I could only get half of what I paid for the game back.

Poor customer service, if there are more then 5 people in the line it takes 15 minutes to get any service. They think they have to have a conversation with every Tom, Dick and Harry. God awful place to shop.

The people are nice and helpful. I go during the week and its usually not busy. Maybe three people tops. They are great about answering questions. And my overall experience was nice.
