I really hope someone of importance pays attention to this. The reps here are very rude and discourteous. the only place in this store you can get any assistance is electronics. One particular visit I went to buy a lawn mower and did not know where to find them. 3 different reps said gardens and pointed to the back of the store from the opposite end. It took me a while but I finally found the garden center and no one was there so it took me even longer to find a lawn mower in there. this was my first time buying my own mower as well and the reps outside the gardening center knew nothing about mowers. i just picked one and hoped it would be good, I had to take it off the shelf myself and balance it on my shopping cart and when i got to the register had to wait even longer because there was only 1 cashier at her register. given it was 1 in the morning I expected little service but at least some help would have been good. not to mention a short time before this visit I walked to the money center and grabbed a pen from one booth while the rep at a different register was helping a guy and she yelled very rudely get back, i stated I was at a different register grabbing a pen as politely as possible and she said he is cashing a check. she looked back at him and smiled and kept talking about something else. This is the wal mart closest to my home but I will not be buying any more major items here.

VERY BAD SERVICE 1. tire shop made a mistake while replacing my tire. I calmly called this stores manager and she seemed to have an attitude over the phone and she told me she would call me back and by the way she was dismissing me off the phone I asked her if she was really going to call me back and sure enough she never did. 2. hair salon manager is rude also. I walked in on a tuesday for a $10 hair cut and simple explained that I wanted a short fo-hawk haircut. She seemed like she had no idea what that was and she told me it was going to be extra $10 for the trouble. That was the last straw for me because they clearly dont know how to cut hair and act professional because more the once I went back for a haircut and I would end up going home and finding long hairs and uneven bangs. 3. they hire anyone for there electronic department. For instance I was talking to a 60 year old women about basic electronic whereabouts in the store and she guessed they didnt carry that and guess what... they were right behind her! OVERALL IF YOU WANT TO GO TO THIS WALMART IN 41A. Campbell I suggest avoiding managers, the hair saloon and if you have a electronic question just keep in mind you probably know alot more then they do about it. 1*Star for being so lame and the buzz around town is all negative for this store! I wonder why..hmm..

In June I had a tire related emergency. I stopped at Walmart to get new tires. Although I only needed one, I decided I would get all 4 tires replaced. I looked around, had no clue exactly what I should be looking for in a decent tire, and therefore, decided to ask the young lady behind the counter for help. I admitted that I was clueless, but tried to tell her about my car so she could help me. The only two things she said to me after staring at me like I was speaking in strange tongues were, "what size tire do you need?" (A fair question, which I honestly wasnt certain of the answer) and, "you can come back when you figure it out." That very day, I went somewhere else and bought four new tires. Today, I stopped at Walmart to pick up some items. Something got caught under my car and pulled down part of the plastic undercarriage. I decided to ask one of the mechanics if there was a way to screw the piece back to the car. To make a long story short, a very nice, full bearded young man stopped what he was doing, laid down on the ground and fixed my problem (although, technically, this isnt a service they normally provide). This is what I call great customer service! If this is the type of service I can expect, Ill definitely return in the near future!

My husband (30 black male) tried to buy a 12 pack of beer and the lady said she cant sell it unless we both have our i.d.s..... I said Id go get mine and she said she still couldnt sell it. I didnt touch the beer and dont even drink. I went and got my i.d. and called a manager. While waiting for the manager she sold some beer to a young white couple who were obviosly way younger than us. I asked the couple if the girl was asked for her i.d. and the cashier said no because she said she was 16... I asked the lady why she didnt even ask my age and she said because I was obviously older because of my tattoos.... MMMMMmmmm she then glared at me while i waited for the manager and glared at me while I explained my situation to the manager. The manager who I called at first was very polite. The second manager who checked us out and listened to our complaint was also very polite and apologized for her employee not understanding the training that they had. I believe it was a race issue with the cashier named melissa. The white couple looked like high schoolers and my husband who has served in the Military for over 11 years has grey hair. The 4 star is for the way the managers handled this. Thank you

This particular Wal- Mart Super Center is lacking in some areas . Poor produce area , No tile floor in this WaL - Mart either. Club floor is the look they are trying to achieve here. Employees struggle to keep the floor clean at all times. Maintenance dept is good. Restrooms are fair to being clean . Service Desk is excellent and so are the door greeter’s. Cashiers , are a different story they are not just rude but give no positive response to customers. Not even a thank you or thank you for shopping Wal- Mart , something , period. They work Twelve hours a day and it shows in the negative. Management hardly ever step unto the sales floor. When called upon they respond / high points . Parking lot needs more lighting . Always a good flow of shopping carts . However, the cashiers are a back breaker for this store. I have been to the Wilma Rudolph Wal- Mart . Impressive tile white floor it shines better then my shoes . Cashiers are better the older ones are friendly for the most part. Three front end scanners / for finding a price dont work / they follow state laws when beer or cigarets are perchased !!

In response to honest. You are right they are rude. Your husband is more patient than I. Would of jerked him out of the car. Give description of employee and I will be more than glad to teach him manners. I live close by and I am sickened by this walmart. I witnessed an employee smoking dope ( he had a vest and nametag) called it in to walmart and told what I assume was an manager but nobody came out. There is also a lot of employee theft going on at this walmart mainly betwen stockroom and electronics. I could go on and on. I have reported it but the same people are still there so I can only assume management is involved. Here is proof crap floats to the top. One employee who worked in automotive, we will call him b, gets fired for stealing and gets a better job elsewhere. Meanwhile you have honest people looking for jobs and cant find them.
