I love Belk! Everyone of the sales associates go above and beyond to help and please you. I love Ms. Maggie in childrens. My daughter is now 26, when Im in that area I still stop to say hello and as always she asks about Brooke. Hunter in the shoe department is basically my personal shopper! He knows exactly what my daughter and I like and always contacts me if there is a special sale that I may not know about or remember! Associates like those two are a asset to Belk! Love Belk!!!!

Store is very cluttered and disorganized. Sale items not clearly marked. Very difficult to get any assistance, not enough associates on the floor especially for a Friday night when a big sale is going on.
