I agree with the other reviewers. Poor customer service: I did 3 laps between the aisles, passing the same 4 employees, before a little old lady asked if I needed help. Thank you whoever you are. Also, Incompetent cashiers and managers: cashiers waddled to customer service phone to call manager, then they both waddled back ( took about 10 minutes). Instead of opening another line or turning on a self check out, they sat and went through some ladys order item by item. 15 minutes pass, and I put my stuff back (was tempted to just set it on the floor). It took me about 10 minutes to find and type this madness and theyre still not done! Seriously?! Please train your team better, Walmart.

I like that it is so close to my home! The pharmacy associates are a dream to work with! I adore Mr. Gerald in the produce section. He is kind and helpful. The cashiers are awesome too! Just needed a couple of items but I wanted to share with you these insulated cups. I have one and if I fill it in the morning with ice and water; continue refilling it with water through out the day, by evening I still have most of the ice left! By morning; I still have ice! Go get you one these! This store also has some great clearance items too!

I was in self service line when associate runs over demanding what I last scanned. I quickly realized I was being accused of stealing which I wasnt. I told the associate I wasnt a thief then she starts going through my groceries by hand which infuriated me. I called manager to report this. I am a disabled veteran in a military town. Rest assured Walmart and DAV will hear about this. The approach was unacceptable at the neighborhood market off Tiny town road in Clarksville TN.

So I was impressed at first the store but come to check out the very slow lady who was bringing us up mind you it was about $200 with the groceries so its not entirely her fault until she presses a button that makes it impossible for her or the manager to bring back up so now I cant pay. But they have recipes so now theyre inputting each item ($200 worth of groceries) by hand im still waiting its been 30 minutes so far. At least it gave me time to write this review.

Unfortunately this was the worst customer service experience I have encountered in a very long time. This took place on a recent visit to the Tiny Town Walmart Food Market on a Thursday Night. No interest and helping the customer. Manger was bothered that the customer needed his assistant. If this establishment will succeed in the future, it will need a change and new management.

I have found the employees here to very helpful and kind. The only negative is dont expect this to have all the grocery items a Super Walmart would carry. Like the frozen vegetable section doesnt have chopped onion. Little things like that are missing and I have to go to a normal grocery store after shopping here to complete my list.

Their signs claim wine sales are from 8am-11pm with no specification on days (BTW no wine sales on sunday). When you can buy wine/beer it takes forever because only one employee us able to sell alcohol and they are never running the registers! Oh and if you want a naked juice or truly FRESH produce you are out of luck!

With an exception to man who works in produce named Gerald? Who is hands down the nicest guy ever. Every employee Ive dealt with in this store is rude and unpleasant. Thank heavens for self check out and so little choices to pick from. If its not a basic grocery item you probably wont find it here.

I love the neighborhood markets because sometimes you just dont want to go to the superstore you want to go and get some food and get out thats what these are all about. they do sell dog food and a little bit pet stuff but small store

It is so much easier and less stressful to just stop here if you need groceries. They seem to have most things a regular walmart has but limited in the pet section and frozen foods. Still Id rather stop here than the regular one.

Pro: Has a larger selection of foods you might expect to find at a publix or more expensive grocer for a smaller price. Looks a lot nicer. Cons: still attracts the same weirdos you see at the supercenters.

Feels bad going here instead of a non-chain local grocery store. But when all the local grocery stores are significantly more dirty, poorly laid out and expensive its definitely worth it going here.

Affordable shopping. I call it the mid week topping up. With a teenager and an adult who are in a competition to see who can eat the most. Im glad its near to me. Its also near to emergency services

The deli person was very nice when I needed assistant but the market doesnt have the best selection if you are looking for something specific go to the Publix up the road.

Self check is often closed. There was a shoot-out in the parking lot a few months ago which resulted in the store closing at 11 p.m. instead of being open for 24 hours.

The store is great and convenient. The vegies are fresh and they stock a wide arrange of products so it isnt stale. The pharmacy is very personal with you, and fast.

Nicely organized and tidy setting. Bathrooms were very well cleaned. Customers at registers had a professional attitude and were very helpful.

Multiple self check lines are now closed at night. Theres only 1 register open with very LONG LINES. Irritating and time consuming!
