Since I cannot have any resolution in my experience on Friday February 10th...I will keep complaining until someone calls me back..First of all, when I come into the deli and there is a worker with a bull like ring coming through the nose and piercings all over her face, I find it disgusting. You can not tell me she knows if snot is running down and coming into contact with food prep. Second of all, she totally ignored me as a customer. An African American woman was in the back taking care of chickens, she had to stop what she was doing to wait on me..needless to say turkey meat was sitting on the counter unwrapped..while the African American woman waited of me...Thank goodness..Rachel came up to her with no hair net to tell her to wrap the turkey...in the middle of waiting on a customer...very rude..pull the tape from 515 to 6 and you will see it...the more I shopped the more my experience rubbed me the wrong way..upon checking out..i saw the Assistant Manager...What really blows me away is how management never speaks to customers..like they are too good to speak..I stopped her and when she turned I said oh my you have them too...meaning piercings..walmart does not sell certain items because of content (music or dvds) but this is acceptable professional attire...I went to voice my concerns and she said walmart allows piercings and working in the deli..etc..I stated if that is the case Walmart loses me as a customer..she shrugged her shoulders like whatever and walked off.. I called customer relations and stated I would get a call from manager..Today Monday February 13th I had not recieved a call..I called store manager and spoke to austin..he siad he had no problems with it and i stated so if snot drips in the deli meat you would eat it..he said no..i stated to him I want it resolved and a call back..nothing as of 6:38pm..I have contacted the health dept, fda, usda and my state reps for ky..I have also started the social media campaign..I am not stopping until I either have a law in place or policy changes...apparently I am not the only one that feels this way and if you do not care enough about your customers so be it but I will fight for customers to be treated better and not look at nose rings..facial piercing and tongue rings...what people do in their personal time should never be presented in a professional setting..kroger and food lion does not allow it..and publix is only a 20 minute drive...one last issue...if I ever saw one of my employees treat another employee like that in front of a customer, that person would be fired on the spot..it makes me wonder how she is treated without customers..I am white but I felt the racism standing there...How truly pathetic..

Very convenient place to make a quick stop for essentials including food, bottled water, and gas. Their gas station is always one of the least expensive ones in the area. They have pharmacy, and genuinely try to keep what people need in stock. The customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. Only one issue I have found is that the Walmart app will tell me they are out of stock in something, when that is not the case. Its happened twice so far and Ive notified their customer service team each time, hopefully that will help them improve their app.

Every time I go there to get my wic its always a hassle because their system continuously screws up. Some of the workers have no clue what theyre doing and not they close at 11 which is really inconvenient for anyone who needs something after that time like formula or pullups or first aid etc or someone like me who has no vehicle and has to walk. Its supposed to be grocery oriented but has a lot less than the supermarket to choose from

Every Walmart I have ever visited have the same issues, pricing. They almost always have products that are put in the wrong spot with the wrong price. This one has pretty good markdowns in their deli which I have bought and it was excellent. They will mark down sandwich meat, pork, and sub sandwiches. Overall I like this store for getting stuff quickly. I love how I can go fill up my water jugs first, then pay, its convenient.

Part of the time the items I come in for are out of stock. Or can only be found at the super Wal-Mart. I do realize the store is smaller but most of the Items that are not carried are common items. But as for convenience for just a couple items really like the location, close to home.

If you call you will not get an answer or if you call the pharmacy you will not get an answer damn shame all those people working there and none of them can work a land line guess you have to get them all a cell phone for work cause these idiots cant even answer a ringing phone

Wanted a place to go to watch the eclipse and after buying food, drinks and ice (which made us PAYING customers) they kicked us out of their lot saying we couldnt watch the eclipse from their parking lot. Never shopping at Wal-Mart again.

My experience inside the store was about average. Nothing special. Outside however, we were kicked off the premises when we just wanted to watch the eclipse. I guess our patronage isnt good enough to use a parking spot for a few hours.

The store is clean and east to navigate. This is great for a quick shopping experience. The little convenient store has cheap fountain drinks and the gas prices are normally the cheapest in town.

Store is nice, selection isnt as much as Wal-Mart super store. Prices a a little high. Great if you need easy in and out unless you have to use self check-out

Wal-Mart doesnt carry carry smaller clothes like for women size 2,4,6s. Its all for the larger women. The smaller women dont have their sizes.

Smaller than Walmart and right around the corner. It has been rather satisfying to be able to just run a short distance vs half way across town.
