I am disabled and can not walk through the store the chairs are not charged or there is a 30 to 40 minute wait for a chair.I wait and them by the time I get a chair I am feeling to bad to shop there is no one at the door to plug in the electric chairs and many disabled cant get them backed in and in the plug.I go once a month and I can not get soap or tooth paste the stock in the store is very poor and at 11:00 am the stock is not out or they tell me there is a problem with the ware house I hear this all the time. The coffee mainly Eight O clock Colombian I like in the big bag I go monthly and out of 6 months I have gotten a big bag 2 times. This has to be the worst Walmart I have shopped at there are very few lanes open to check out at maybe 2 at one end of the store and at the most 2 at the other end of the store. The service desk is all ways backed up normally 1 person working there. There was a check cashing area built and this has never been used that was a waste of time and money causing the customer to wait in a long line when returns could be done in one and check cashing in the other. The lay put of the store is the worst I have ever seen after remodeling. If I need help well it is no where to be found except in the am in HBA in the AM.Labor is cut to the bone at this store and this is the most shopped store in town and they are raking in the money hand over fist this is just cheap.I just dread to shop there and there is not many places in town to shop and the manager knows this so we are just stuck with there poor conditions. Many people take a 30 minute drive or further to shop at Walmart and I do not blame them at all.I have spoken to employees and they are timed on putting away stock and are not at all happy all so this takes away time to help the customer all I ask is for the same quality selection a door greeter and service that other stores get in a bigger town because this is a super Walmart isnt it?

Usually only has 2 lanes open at both ends, and most of the time the self-checkouts are all closed but 1 on both ends. Plan on waiting in the checkout line at LEAST 5 minutes. Usually only one employee working the service desk so expect to wait in line there as well. NONE of the departments have clerks working the counters, you will have to go find an employee and have them page for you if you need anything in jewelry, fabrics, or sporting goods. The new floor plan also has scrapbooking supplies and photo albums over by the cards, general crafting supplies such as paint and markers are over by the vacuums, and fabric/yarn/flowers etc are all the way back by pets. Because that makes sense. *insert eyeroll here* This WalMart no longer carries LIVE fish, other than Betas which are kept in tiny cups back in the pet department next to the fish food. These fish are not cared for in any manner and more often than not - the majority of them are dead and floating. None of the employees have any kind of training as far as maintaining these fish. They are not fed nor given water changes. The sickly ones are thrown away when the new shipment comes in. If WalMart cant invest a 2 minute water change for these animals, they should not be carrying them in their store.

This place is a joke. They treat their disabled employees very bad. I have been in numerous times and seen management disrespecring employees. There is a very nice lady who was working there ( I cant think of her name off hand), she couldnt hear very well and you had to speak up to talk to her. Well a manager began talking to her and she couldnt hear what she was saying, the manager got aggrevated and started talking very foul about her where she couldnt hear. I got very upset and i told her that was rude and very disrespectful. She brushed it off like she didnt even care. I turned to the sweet lady and i told her i was sorry she had to work with such ignorant people. I will not go back to an establishment who treats people that way. It was ridiculous.

This isnt a Supercenter... You dont treat your customers with any kind of respect.. How can you turn off your check-out lane while there are customers present, in-line, and waited for about 20 minutes to get checked out? The handicap definitely do not need to come here. Not enough electronic carts and if there are, they are never charged (or at least check the batteries in those things!). They care nothing for the elderly, locking their doors just because they dont have alot of workers at the time, on them forcing them to walk all the way around the building to get to their vehicles. This is no supercenter...

Prices are alright, nothing great or spectacular. On about 90% of items, they are less than Krogers. Not sure about Sureway prices. It is a shame they moved it from Madisonville to Hanson. Dont know why they thought moving from a place with tens of thousands to a place with just a couple thousand would mean more money or even shoppers. Pros: what you would expect from Wally World, large variety of items. Cons: a 20 minute drive to buy stuff made in China.

I went and had my oil changed. There was 3 people in front of me and it took almost 3 hrs to do simple oil changes. Not only did the take off my intake manifold cover for no reason but also forgot to put it back on. Doesnt seem like a big deal except I get my oil changed every 5000 miles. So it would have been 5000 miles later before I would have noticed it was gone. Biggest joke I have ever experienced. They deserve zero stars

I really do not like that there is not a wall mart in Madisonville anymore, with Walmart being in Hanson I dont go as often because it is so inconvenient, the drive is to far for the prices, with gas being the price it is, its just too fast to drive, even though Im about the same distance from two other Walmarts, it is still too fast to drive....

Im still waiting in the customer service line theres 13 people in line. The women working is new and by herself. The what i believe to be manager is just looking not sending anyone else over. There are employees talking and not doing anything. The money center is closed for no reason its a mess. No need for $15.00 a hour here.

We believe Wal-Mart should bring back the door greaters so theres always shopping carts waiting for costumers and the electric wheelchairs are plugged up seems like every time we come in there always 1 or 2 carts left inside while the rest set out side.
