I really like this Wal-Mart in hopkinsville KY. They have a wonderful produce section. Their breads and bakery are right by each other. A variety of meats and seafood too. I bought lean beef patties for bugers, 41-50 frozen shrimp medium, salmon, beer bratwurst, while wheat bread, romain lettuce, vine ripe tomatoes, Folgers coffee, all the condiments I needed. And some snacks my total at check out was 72$ to me that was an excellent shopping experience!!! Oh plus a 3lbs/12oz. Bag of frozen California style vegetables I can do so many different meals with. I was very happy with my shopping experience here

The night shift is very poorly ran. The fat black woman cashier on the tobacco registar is very slow. I mean she can hardly count, she doesnt know how to find the tobacco items either, and she is overall just a bad ending to the shopping exp. In addition, I watched her with other customers before me and after me, and she delivers the same terrible service to them as well. Also, I went to their tire & Lube Dept. and guess what happened, they put to much oil in my vehicle.

They have turned most checkout process to self serve . If you have a problem you have to wait for a person to clear machine then if your buying alcohol like beer the person running the checkouts isnt of age so you have to wait yet again. I k ow they are trying to save money on employees however they are going to lose business just like KMART and look where they are at now

Once again, just another Walmart...less crowded than others, but the employees seem just as overworked, or they just dont like their job. Usually not very helpful or kind, but hey, its Walmart. I dont have any high expectations. Theres a Burger King inside as well. I shopped here for convenience...aaaand, its the only Walmart in Hopkinsville. It is what it is.

Maybe the employees could be a little more helpful and not as rude on every visit...in every department. Even in customer service they all just stand around talking amongst themselves and looking at the customer like its a burden for them to assist you with anything. Even more reason to go elsewhere. Ill pay the extra change for a nicer environment. My opinion.

My last 3 experiencrs with Walmart Pharmacy has been pathetic. Im told 20 minutes or 30 minutes and it never fails that I wait more than an hour. WalMart is not in a financial bind and should staff enough to give service in an adequate, timely fashion. Sam Walton would roll over in his grave if he could see how sorry this company has become. The people in the photo section are very nice and helpful. Im there every day download pictures, shop or to pick up a prescription. I cannot name them all as I dont know all their names. Overall you can find anything you need here, and like any walmart they have excellent prices. The only issue Ive had is a lack of customer-service at times, but I know Walmart has had its issues with its employees. Ill always shop here but I would recommend a more customer service oriented approach to business.

When you walk in if there is an associate standing there they hardly every greet you & look at you as if to say why are you here. The trash right in front has been overflowing on several occasions. Today I actually took a picture & hopefully someone in cooperate sees it. Just awful!

It is inconvenient enough that there is only one entrance and exit to the store, add in the seemingly never ending construction on the main road, the inconsistent stock, and the more often than not useless staff, and you have a disaster on your hands every time you visit this store.

The management at this Walmart is the most lame Ive ever seen, they will constantly lie to you about the availability of products on clearance so they can buy them for themselves and tell you more doubletalking about why their inventory is off. Stay away from this store!

My husband and I went to this Walmart to grab something to eat at the deli,some potatoes wedges(some were crunchy)and chicken livers that were dreaded(over cooked and very hard to chew), I couldnt believe it. Whatever you do, if want this, dont get it here. Ughhh!

Went to get tires @ 11:00 they called me over speaker @ 12:30 telling me they didnt have it in stock had to buy a lesser tire 60k vs. 80 k because they already had my tires off. I will never buy tires from Walmart again service is horrible.

They pretty much have a high selection of products, clothing, shoes, service for your auto. Electronics, personal items, products for the home and seasonal products, as well as produce and food items. Love this store, wish it were closer.

went to the clinic front staff were rude I had a very bad ear infection they wont take me in Im a truck driver it is very difficult for me to just go to any clinic or hospital I wish they would sell over the counter antibiotics

I like that it has a burger King inside. I like that everything is easy to find. I wasnt pleased with the staff considering I did not see one smiling face. The bathrooms were atrocious and the games in the game room were not desirable.

As Walmarts go, the Hopkinsville Walmart is middle-of-the-road. If you go late at night to avoid the crowds, you suffer having to stand in lines anyway, because they only staff one line and sometimes the self-checkouts are closed.

This Walmart has the rudest people working for them. The customer service is terrible, the associates have no problem arguing with the customer and than getting an attitude. I will never go to this Walmart again.

Friendly ethics and knowledge at hand. This is the place to go for pretty much anything. Wall to wall products and endless shopping. If your bored or need in site on a new task, this is your stop!

The produce department is terrible, why is there two frozen ice cream rows. The meat selection is terrible, why is the soda section bigger than the dairy section. Many of the employees are rude.

Worst store ever in walmart history!!! managers are really mean to there employees they should treat there workers more respect. One manager was talking to her employee like she was a child.

The people are friendly at the checkout and the shelves seem to be shocked more so than other Walmarts are there then we can actually find employees to help and they are willing to help

Walmart is Walmart. Employees may not reach out to you to offer assistance but if you ask for help youll always get it. Its clean and the displays are usually kept up well.

Decent, clean Walmart. Except for 10-12 p.m. they are usually not real packed and have enough registers open. Majority of staff are very helpful, and friendly.

There is always pricing issues, the employees are not nice or helpful, they took away a lot of cheaper products and replaced them with expensive brands.
