I called this Rural King yesterday afternoon and asked the employee if he had a certain size golf cart tire with rim available. He checked and said yes, that he had one left. I told him I lived 60 miles away, and would be at the store in two hours to buy the tire. When we arrived at the store, it was dirty and there were no sales clerks to be found. I finally located one who, although obviously inconvenienced by us, showed us the tires including one the correct size but without the rim and 5.00 more than was quoted on the phone. We left empty handed. I did use the restroom while there. Might as well been a third world country. Ive shopped in other Rural Kings. I wont the be shopping at the one in Madisonville, KY again.
