Servicio horrible, compré unas cosas en linea y llegó el dia 12 y por cuestiones de trabajo opté por ir el domingo,(6 días después) llegué y pregunté por mis cosas y dice la persona que aún no llega y le dije que si porque yo tengo el sistema de rastreo y ya le mostre y dice ok dejame checar, se fué y más tarde regresa y dice que tengo que esperar porque en el sistema no aparece... Esperé media hora por cosas que ya habian llegado y que no aparece en el sistema, pero 6 días habia pasado. ¡ Increible ! SOLO ES UNA EXPERIENCIA MAS.

Worst cashiers at the registers Ive ever encountered in retail. They have no kind of positive attitude about them and could care less about their customers and no kind of help. Three different cashiers were so unhelpful and wouldnt even bother to call their managers to help the customer. (me) On a good note Amy, one of the managers was helpful and another man that was a manager was helpful but he was after all the craziness I had already put up with. I was so done with the whole experience I left and never want to go back to that store ever. Thank you to Amy the supervisor but to everyone else grow up and learn how to work in retail or work somewhere else.

If you had a penny for every time youd save here, you would probably save enough to buy whatever youd want from this store. They have all their products in stock, and never fail to find what you need. Theres a reward program for customers to get discounts for what they want to purchase, so you can save even more than a penny when you shop.

This place is ok and Im surprised that JCPenney is even still around but they are getting better. The Claiborne options and now them carrying IZOD is nice but the rest of the clothes are aimed more towards the younger folks. I would go for the sales and some choices but rather go to Macys if Im looking for nicer clothes.

Not a fan of this store. Theyre under staffed, Customer service sucked, Everyone looked stressed out in mens department/2nd floor. 1 star only because a young man/employee with crazy hair took time to help me when everyone else were on break or hiding. Poor guy was bombarded with customers

Horrible costumer service, I stood on the phone for over an hour only to have no one pick up, I would understand if it was very busy but I went there my self and was completely empty, I suggest calling to this jcpenney if you love being on hold for over an hour

Cashiers / Associates were very friendly...! Saying Hello, Good Morning when they saw me walking around..very happy for their warm Hellos. A big plus was how neat & clean the store was..

...everytime I call this store phone rings TIL YOURE HUNG UP ON.., or if an operator finally answers your call and transfers you to the department, it rings UNTIL YOU ARE HUNG UP ON.
