The service on this store is horrible I drove all away from the city to go get some work shoes when a was about to pay they told me I cant paid with my debit card then I ask for the manager it took almost 20 min before she finally show up with a terrible attitude when finally I walk my self to another register what a coincidence I was available to paid with my card also I tried to do and exchange for some jeans shoes I bought for my daughter & they cant even want to exchange it because it wasnt from that specific store locations whats wrong with this company if u guys hate so much ur job quit and let someone else that really want to work u not working for free they are paying for take care of us the CUSTOMERS who are the one spending our money in ur store so u can keep on business thats why u see the parking lots in most of the Sears empty because the poor service u offer to customers like my self have a great day and u just lost a good customer.

I was buying mock necks at sears the other day and while talking to employee (brian or brandon, skinny, brown hair, caucasian) i was telling him how popular they used to be when i was young and this justin beiber laughed and said how far back was that, when you "rocked" flip flops with jesus too? laughed again and said "ha ha playing" and calling me "dude" a handful of times like some bratty surfer. although i jokingly laughed i didnt find it amusing. he also took 10 minutes helping me to find a pair of jeans which couldve been done in a minute if he hadnt been flirting with a young woman in the same area. surprisingly enough billy or brian was much more talkative and friendly than the cashiers who were flat out rude, although they didnt make old jokes. overall 5/10

Im a former employee and i can say from personal experience, this stores staff is very unorganized! And they care nothing for the associates working there. I started working there july 28th and havent recieved no pay. Instead of giving me help all they did was give me the run around and tell me theres nothing they can do. Til this day i still havent recieved anything! So i was forced to quit because i refused to go back to work knowing theres a chance i wouldnt get paid...smh ...

Sears has a great selection of appliances, mattresses, tools among other things and many of these associates will take the time to discover your needs properly. This means theyll be able to educate you to the best deals going on and think of the things you may have forgot especially the appliance and mattress departments. Extremely helpful service

A worker from there said that the item I was looking there wasnt in stock. Moments later he told another worker that he loves telling people that they dont have the item in stock to see them sad. I felt like punching him right on his nose. He wears glasses and works in the second floor by washers and dryers.

I worked here for a week, all of the employees were ignorant, I quit and they still owe me 15 1/2 hours of pay. Ive called them countless amount of times and it goes straight to voicemail. They are so rude I do not recommend the store.!
