Friends avoid he shoe section if you can. I came Tuesday July 26 around 10am and my goodness the customer service was great until two sales associates started talking about me as I passed by in the shoes section. A guy wearing a tan dress shirt was telling his lady friend in a black floral blazer that when he recognizes customer faces like her and points at me. Right then I turn around and they both saw that I saw and still continued their conversation because they saw that I noticed and slowly started walking away from me and each other. So rude. I have worked in retail before and you help a customer out not talk about them in front of their face. Never coming here again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Scott in the womens shoe department is the bomb. I came in looking for nude pumps and he helped me find a perfect pair. The problem was that Im in between a size 5.5 and a 6. The first time i came in i decided to leave with a 5.5 and he even stretched out the front a little for me. Later that night i decided to come back in to get a 6 because the 5.5 was a tad too small and he gave me padding to put under my feet and behind my heel to make it fit better and it was perfect! Definitely look for Scott!

I wanted to tell you about Elma at the Nars Cosmetics counter. She should be a personal shopper! What a great makeup artist, with an awesome sense of style. I needed several outfits for an upcoming trip and she was able to put my wardrobe together from head to toe!! I make a point now of only dealing with her. I hesitate to share this info because I really only want her for my self, but some one with her sense of style and knowledge needs to be recognized!

THIS STORE IS THE BEST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, CUSTOMER RELATIONS, SELECTION, MANAGEMENT, ASST. MANAGEMENT. I cannot say enough for Nordstrom policies. They went beyond what any other store of this kind would do. I am a customer for life, mine that is, as they will be here long after I am gone. The dress department was my prime experience. This department keeps its word, corrects all mistakes however few. Love this place.

Management is ridiculous. Rude, obnoxious, and really cant help for anything. Customer service has gone down hill and ever since I shop at Bloomingdales. They only care about sales and numbers rather than being a store that cares about its people. Asked for a few items they said they cant help at all. Completely ignored me. Bought a few things online and they shipped them with sensors. Just not what it used to be....

The manager of this center is very rude and mean. She actually love to argue and fight with customers. They always finds ways to that; for example, she change my appointment time without notifying me and she wants me come at that time. Their deal isnt good either. I am stuck here with contract and paying them lots of money for nothing. Please dont waste your time and money here. It is useless.

I love this store - I love to shop cosmetics in here. My favorite line is Estee Lauder and the girls that work there are always nice and helpful and they let me know when there is a gift. Its good to know that I have the piece of mind to shop in Nordstrom ... if I dont like a product, I can always bring it back.

Most products are made in South America and Asia. Staff is tired and overworked. Corporate needs to implement chairs for them. Very clean, organized and well lit! Ordered a Marherita Pizza, they gave me tap water with ice, thank you though. 4 chocolates were included at no extra charge.

I had an exceptional experience with the intimate apparel department. My sales specialist was so pleasant, knowledge, and attentive. Being a plus size woman, I was dreading shopping for shaping garments for a wedding. She was delightful and made it an enjoyable experience.

Ive been shopping at Nordstroms for almost twenty years and have never encountered such a rude and dismissive manager. Carlene in the mens dept is horrible. I would recommend driving downtown and paying for parking and city taxes before dealing with her.

Love Nordstrom! However the women at the counters are rude and not helpful - lets give the middle-aged/50+ European staff some manners and training, cause I walked out and bought my Mac makeup, sprin Tory Burch handbag, and flats at Bloomingdales...

I found nothing. Sales person kept telling me I can order on line. My point is i want to try it first! I dont want to order on line. I feel my shopping trip was a waste of my time. The girl wating on me was very nice.
