We were waiting for my brothers flight to come into OHare. We live in Rockford and had time to kill, so we found your Target store and figured wed walk around and maybe buy a few things we needed. The store inside was very clean and nice, but our first impression of the exterior was not good at all. There was a trash can outside by the main entrance that was literally overflowing with trash. There was trash scattered on the ground around the trash can. It looked like it hadnt been emptied in a month. We were almost hesitant to go into the store, thinking it would be trashy and dirty inside.

Ive shopped here a few times now, and was mostly satisfied with my purchases. The cashier charged twice for a rather expensive drink, but its not a big deal. As long as it doesnt happen all the time. The store overall was pretty clean and not in disarray. The selection of certain items I needed they didnt carry. Im assuming all the Target stores dont then. I will continue to shop here.

Not very happy with their 3 day pick up rule for site to store orders. Please make sure that if you place an order for pick up directly from the store, that you are able to get it right away (unlike most stores which give you a week). My order was cancelled on the 4th day, and Target customer service was unable to help me get my item for the price I paid initially.

The very best Target in the Chgo. area. Ive been at a few( 6-8) maybe, this beats out all of them. 10 stars wouldnt be enough, mgmt. on the sales floor excellent, told me sit at a small table in Starbucks, and then brought the items I couldnt find to me, great c/s, clean store. Ill drive the extra miles to shop at this Target passing 4 other Targets up.

This Target was very busy. Time visited was Monday middle of the day. The parking lot was clean, in order, what was visible no oil stains. The entrance to the store was welcoming and not full of clutter. Inside the store was clean, in the areas I was shopping the it appeared that housekeeping was in good order.

The folks I dealt with were great. The only constructive feedback I had is that a woman on the front area was rather abrasive in her explanation to a guest and I couldnt get to items I wanted to purchase due to carts blocking the shopping aisles....that was rectified shortly thereafter.

Theres a lot of flies flying in the Starbucks cafe there.If I were a fly I would definetely fly in there because theres a lot of delicious sweety food on the tables there,left by the cafe users and the food is absolutely free! I regret Im not a fly!

Great selection of groceries, pet food, you name it they have it. Some prices to me are a little high compared to other stores and some clearance items arent a big sale however I still shop at Target instead of some of the other stores in the area

I liked nothing. The cashiers and managers need to be trained on how to properly read coupons. Ridiculous! How are you the manager and still dont understand? Will never return.

Quick, convenient location. Usually has lots of cashiers available at checkout, or you can use the self-checkout. -1 star for the always wet and somewhat dirty bathrooms.

Nice, clean bathrooms, and safe area, you can park here for 12 hours to go to downtown by uber and enjoy it avoiding expensive parking there.
