Nice store. High-end TJMaxx. Good for certain items. Went in to look for mens bowties and was pleasantly surprised to find a small selection. Good bowties weve found run generally around $40 - $60. The highest price here was $20. So that was decent. I looked around at other items but wasnt as impressed with the savings but then again Im not one to necessarily pay more for a specific designer.

Literally all the employees are dumber that a box of rocks. For starters no one was friendly. The check out service people were doing everything but checking people out like answering the phones, balancing the drawer and being unbelievably slow. It also appears that non of them had every seen a cash register in there life. Honestly I wont be going their again thats for sure.

The store is small, cramped and the mens dept is miniscule. However the prices are comparable for Nordstroms rack store. Got some good deals! For the convenience of having this quality store in NWI, its a good start. As an avid Rack shopper (primarily downtown Chicago or online), its nice to not have the schlep exchanges & returns on NICTD.

Im really happy NWI finally has a Nordstrom Rack! The store is spacious and has a good selection of merchandise. The designer section is pretty weak, definitely doesnt compare to the Racks in downtown Chicago, but thats to be expected given the location.
