My first time visit was good until it came time to leave. This store is not child/family friendly! I was shopping alone with my 1 year old who sat in the front of the cart while I proceeded to pay for $150 worth of stuff which required about 4 bags. As I am leaving the cart gets stuck on the door and will not allow you to take it out to the parking lot! Now I had to pull my cranky baby out of the cart with my diaper bag and purse while people are piling up behind me trying to walk out the door, then trying to drag 4 bags out to my van which was no easy task! Cashiers are just standing there watching me, no one asked if i needed any help. I find it completely ridiculous that you can not take carts out to the parking lot, especially for those with small children. I will continue to take my business to Marshalls right next door where I can bring the cart outside!

Horrible customer service!! There was only one cashier at the checkout who was either slow or having trouble, so my daughter and I were waiting in line a while until finally a young woman named Frankie called us over to another register. Once we got over to the register she didn’t greet us at all, as a matter of fact she never even looked at us the whole time she was ringing up our order. She told me the total, I paid and then she handed me my change. The receipt was still hanging out of printer and she said you can grab your receipt and she proceeded to turn around and walk away. I probably won’t be going back there any time soon.

So disappointed today! Found two wonderful tops and kitchen items. Went to check out and they only had one cashier, the line behind me was 8-10 customers waiting. Clearly the cashier was having trouble. Plus needed help, it took manager sometime to get up front. Finally another cashier came to help, and credit card machine went down. I finally gave up waiting and gave manager my kart and said enough waiting. No response from her just a look. I wont be returning anytime soon! Ill stick to Marshals and TJ Max

Cute clothes and great prices, but the customer service left much to be desired. Never before have I had an experience at a fitting room where I was treated like a potential shop-lifter. As someone who works in retail, I understand being vigilant, but it should ALWAYS be done with a smile and a friendly demeanor.

Unfortunately, the store feels too big with little to show for it. Junky, incongruous with expectations. My friends and I expected better than Marshalls or TJMax, but its no competition. Go next door in either direction for a better shopping experience.

Not as much merchandise as other discount stores, however I was able to find more stylish dresses in size 18/2x than Burlington next door
