These brick and mortar stores wonder whats going on? why are we closing? why do people order on line? what a disaster the Southridge Boston Store has become. I went today to buy a pair of Levis jeans. There were two sales clerks standing near the area talking about their previous nights experiences clearly just visiting and not working or even attempting to appear to be working. I walked over to what is called the Levis jeans section. SO mixed up you seriously cant sort through the piles. Juniors mixed in with misses and petite sizes. Thats nuts. They are all mixed together in messy, messy, messy piles. I dug through for a few minutes and gave up. it was so hot in there, must still have the heat on even though its 75 outside for the past several days. it must have been 85 in there. The two clerks were complaining how hot it is. I thought: you might as well go home - youre not working any how. I was very upset. All is wanted was a plain of levis jeans, regular fit size 10 short. Nothing special, just a pair of Levis. I temporarily gave up and I walked around looking in amazement at the mess the store has become. Sale items on the floor not on the racks, actually lying on the floor. And these two clerks have nothing to do? try hanging up some of the clothes maybe. OR better yet, could you please, please sort out the jean piles? Really? doesnt anyone at Boston Store care any more? I went back to try to find jeans again, pulled out 5 pairs, looked at them and gave up.

When your employees are lazy and dont care, your store goes out of business. News flash for 2018 Boston Store out of business. Was told by someone downstairs in shoes that other registers have yellow dot coupons. Went upstairs to shop for kids clothes. Employee busy so we continued to shop and pick out a ton ofchildren clothes. Get to the register, the people in front of us were told that she didnt have a coupon at her register and they bought anyways. Our turn, we were told nope dont have one. Not hold on I will call and see if another register has one or let me call a manager. So we left not buying and wrote off this store forever. We have had problem s before with coupons and defective products that were non returnable. Grand Ave Boston Store will be first, southridge next. And going years back, one time we were told we couldnt make certain returns at certain registers which was untrue, just more lazy employees.

i went to boston on monday night ,with my wife and my daughters to by shoes for all of them , we pick what we want and we went to pay for all them ,we went to the first cashier she said im bezzy doing refund go to the other , we went to the other she said no no i cant soon we will close , it was 8:15 pm ,and she send us to the other cashier it was a long line this unprofessional from boston store employee to do that with the customers ,and the second she was very rude to us . so for me and my family no more boston store i will never go back

I have a bad experience yesterday at the Boston store shoe store with someone name "Jamie" after I call today and the manager WANT to sound like he care but he didnt do anything or even ask for my name.. I ask Jamie to help me with a different size of shoes and he look at me like he didnt care or he was bother by me... Hes not a team player and the manager from shoe department didnt care about mi issue , I call today Thursday 12-8-2016 at11;55am ... Real bad experience with SHOE DEPARTMENT BOSTON STORE AND WEAK MANAGMENT.... K

Beware the beauty department if youre a black woman. On two separate occasions I received non-friendly service, no help with products, and essentially "shooed" away by the women in the fragrance and makeup department. It baffles me that these ignorant classless individuals dont want their commission. I wont be shopping in this boston store again. Ill take my coins elsewhere, preferably with black consultants who know how to color match a woman of colors skin.

I was accused of stealing when my girlfriend wanted me to see how she looked in a dress and associate got on my case. Even though other men were doing it and bringing merchandise back. Really I think it was because I was younger than the other people. I found it vary insulting and refuse to shop at any Boston store or Carsons because of this.

Incompetent staff working in home furnishings. Only half of my order was placed. I have to wait another week before I receive the rest of my order. I will never buy furniture from them again. The customer service is terrible. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
