The food in their restaurant is delicious but the service at the bar is horrendous Ive gon to this restaurant multiple times and I have eaten at the bar on my break and every time Ive done that I get no service no one speaks to me and you would think that after awhile they would acknowledge you, THEY DONT! My coworker has even put in a complaint from her own experience! So I advise you to not sit a their bar.

Everytime Im here I have a good experience. Ive dealt with associates in fragrance department for men and women, shoe and purse department for the wife and accessories for a watch for men. Always great service and no sense of racial profiling Ive experienced since shopping here several times. Nordstrom is doing a wonderful job. Be Blessed

I personally like everything about this place. Someone was always around in every department willing to help. They have a huge selection and great variety. I would definitely go back. (Its my first time ever going here. Never heard of them prior. Walked in outta curiosity)

The mens section isnt too spectacular at this particular location, but my GF loves it. I think the prices are a little high, but the service is generally fantastic. I have not eaten at the on-site restaurant yet.

The cosmetics section is a godsend. Kiehls and all the perfumes and scents you could ever want. Plus their candle selection is amazing. Also they have topman which is great just wish it had more selection.

Ive found almost all I wanted and very pleased with service. And I really like when making a purchase on line at the rack you can make returns at the Nordstrom store no shipping it back. Thank you.

No one is around to help and they dont even leave their cashier area to come help. The kids cloths are cute and they have a wide selection of kid shoes but no one to help you.

Its a nice store but if youre into designer brands they have nothing. I guess Im just used to the Vegas store which has a much better selection.

I would shop here a lot more if they carried more sizes. All of the smalls are gone in the mens section. They never have the size I need! Ever!

Finally the Milwaukee area gets some decent shopping. Nordstrom was a much needed addition. Designer fashions and impeccable customer service

A great place if you want to blow $60 on gloves! I was trying to buy shoes there and waited 20 min for assistance, I gave up and left.

Too expensive. Can get the same looking clothes elsewhere (hint : down the road on 124 and north)

Not Nordstrom service I am used to. Shoe shoes in Illnois and get great service. Disappointing.
