The customer service is horrible! I forgot to give the cashier my $5 Target coupon. I spent $200 on gifts for a family that couldnt afford gifts this year. The next day, I had to go back to return a defective toy by driving in the snow and it took 45 minutes out of my busy night. I asked the customer service person if they would take my coupon from the reciept I had and she told me it expired the day before, even though that is when I purchased the merchandise. She told me I should have turned around in the parking lot the night before to use it. I was very unhappy considering I was there exchanging a toy that was defective when I have many other better things to do with my time.

The target store in general is okay The staff dont look to happy to be there Which is all things i can deal with What turned me off COMPLETELY is how D I S G U S T I N G their bathrooms are . Its unacceptable . Theres dirt smarks all over the floor like some took mudd and spread it in EACH stall there is toliet paper everywhere and toliets clogged . I understand they are not the ones to do this , but there is a check list in the bathroom thats being marked off when it gets inspected and someone is clearly just signing off on it because ive never seen a nastier bathroom . FRANKFORTS targets staff have amazing hospitality and the store/ bathrooms are clean as well .

this target, like most is like a portal to another dimension. When you step in the doors, youre automatically graced with a different mindset, like reality as been altered. this could be weird and somewhat frightening for some, or comforting for others. it depends on the kind of person you are. everybody who works there seems to be either gay or unnaturally nice, which like i said above, is subjective. i personally enjoy the target experience, and this target does carry it quite well. good target, great target even.

No one offered any help. The first line I went to enter, as I was getting ready to place my items on the belt, the cashier avoided eye contact and just turned off the lights. I moved to self check. 1 of my items wouldnt scan but I didnt know what the problem was. I waited a few minutes, no one would even look my way. So I moved to another register, the error occurred again. So I moved again this time omitting that item. It wasnt until I was paying that someone finally came over.

I have called the store 20 times on 1-18-17 between 4:15pm and 4:23pm ....pressed option #2 for electronics dept..I keep getting hung up on. Called back 7 times and held on for a customer service representative and heard music for 5 seconds and was hung up again. All I wanted to know was the exchange policy for a Samsung Galaxy Tab A that was purchased as a Christmas gift that continues to turn off. I will not purchase another item from this Target.

Always clean, friendly, helpful staff, and typically well stocked. The only thing Ive been here for that they were completely out of was the formula for my son. However, I shouldve checked the app to see if they had restocked as the previous week I cleaned them out.

I only like this Target because of the clearance sections and the toys as well. Sometimes they got amazing offers and discounts in the electronic section. Its not a big store, but they have many things to look for. It feels kinda lonely inside tho.

Local Target, most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The only issue is selection. Reliability in finding products can be difficult at some target stores. I have better luck at Super targets but there is not one very close to me.

Dan in electronics, Yo and another Team Member (didnt catch her name) near sporting goods, and Stephen (a manager) were SO very helpful today!!! I havent been in this specific store in years. Great job Target!

The bathrooms are the dirtiest ever and no paper towels. And what I was going to buy said it was on sale but it came up not on sale. I am so done with Target. Wont shop there again. Did not buy a thing

This is a typical Target. I didnt like the fact that there were no family bathrooms or a changing table in the mens. Also, there is literally no play size clothes that look good on you.
