Never again! The service was so terrible I am writing this review from the sears parking lot after a 80 min oil change.

Pros: none
Cons:
slow service (5 guys standing around the computer chatting while im just waiting to be helped for 10 mins).
Who takes 60 mins for an oil change on top of the 10 mins filling out dum paper work.
Said they were going to call me once the car was done...NOT.. I came back and the car was just parked outside and no one called.
I asked for full service and my car was not even vacuumed, windshield wasn't washed which I expect when someone says full service.

I could have taken my car into speedlube and would have gotten a better service, better price and would have gotten out of there much faster.

Never again will I go to sears auto for any anything and I suggest you do the same.

Dont buy anything from them, unless you love getting the worst customer service ever. Delivery is horrible. 3 times they scheduled delivery/installation with me the night before, and did not show up. When they finally delivered they just left the dishwasher in the box and did not install! They lie straight out, the second time I asked them to make sure the product was actually there, they told me it was pulled to be put on the truck. The next day, the day of the delivery, they called me and told me its on a back order from the manufacturer. I will NEVER buy anything from sears ever again.

The delivery and installation was the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced in my life. The way they treated the bran new appliances I got was appalling and makes me never want to buy from Sears again. The only reason I purchased them, even after knowing they are a failing business, was so to support a company I have trusted for years. DO NOT buy anything from this company unless you want to have an ongoing headache.

I bought a top-of-the-line Kenmore refrigerator from Sears, 2 years ago its already crapped out. Definitely dont buy the extended warranty its a big waste. From what I read online, The problem with my refrigerator is a design flaw. And a common one with this model. It should have been recalled. The repairman recommended shoving Styrofoam in some holes in the back of the refrigerator. I will never do business with Sears again.

There is no one in the whole store , we looked for the sales person for like 15 min And then finally we found an angry and rude lady at the door checkout , who yelled that she is the only one in the store working !!! Can u imagine one person in the huge Sears !!!

Never had any bad experiences here. I love the order online , instore pickup , they are always prompt and have the right product. The vision store inside has never let me down giving far better prices then Lens crafters. Will most definitely return here again!

Store needs a going out of business sign I would not recommend this dump to anyone tried to get new tires for my truck and both sears service centers I went to were a joke. Will never ship at sears again .
