If they would allow a post with zero stars I would have rated this store at zero. I bought a full appliance suite from Sears in Sept. 2016. It is now December 20, 2016 and I am still waiting on the delivery of the microwave. I have continuously called the 800 number with no response or 45 minute to hour long waits on hold. My delivery date keeps getting pushed back, 6 times since September. I called my salesperson who assured me I would have it on December 13th then I got yet another message that the delivery was delayed. I went to the Chicago Ridge store where the manager, Shannon, was less than helpful. She said shed have the morning manager call me by 11 am, that call never came. I called them on December 16th and was told they would get back to me as soon as possible. It is now December 20th and no call back from anyone. This has been the absolute worst buying experience I have ever encountered. The lack of customer service and care displayed by the manager level employees at the Chicago Ridge Appliance section is more than disappointing. I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere for any purchases.

I want to say a special thanks to Matt, the manager at this store. Here is my story: I had bought a couple appliances here and home delivery had brought me the wrong colors. I immediately called, told them I didnt want them and they offered me a credit if i chose to keep them. Well, after fighting for 2 months with home delivery about my credit they promised they decided to close my case for no good reason. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. Told Matt my story, he made a couple phone calls to corporate and BAM. They gave me a case number (which i nvr got from home delivery) and will be providing my account the credit I was promised. Matt did more work in a couple of minutes then what home delivery did 2 months. So if this happens to anyone, RETURN it back and dont accept the credit.

worst store ever! I was paying for some clothes when a kid was behind me and was swinging a belt. Well he hit me and I told him to stop. as with all young people he said what you gonna do. said knock you out. as I was arguing with him some girl came out the back and told me to leave because I was fighting. she refused to listen to me so I returned all I had bought. she said she dont care. tryed to call the store manager the next day and tryed for about 4 hours. No customer service there! I would reall not even give this store any stars 0. so many places I can spend my money. had to leave before police came and put me in choke hold.Lol!

Unacceptable service. Came into the store with a defective Craftsmen pass thru ratchet set (the ratchet had broken under normal use). When given the opportunity to make the situation right the current manager on duty in the tool department decided against fulfilling the warranty on a $44 socket set. He instead only gave options resulting in a solution a week or more out. When you depend on tools to work every day you cant wait a week for a fix. Overall very displeased with the service I received.

Will never ever buy from Sears again! I bought sound system and when i got it delivered sub was not working. No wonder though: box looked like it been tossed around carelessly and bottom foam that the sub was placed was broken to pieces.... Went to store to returned i had to wait over an hour for the manager who never appeared and ended up with not accepting the return despite the fact that item was broken and not working. BE AWARE! Never again!

I have been a customer for years and like any stores has his prons and cons but theres a couple of employees that are very nice, willing to help you I could remember a few if Im not mistaken there names are "Sandra, Fabiola, Angela" at Jewelry "Carol" customer service and great having them there!

ask to have air condition put in car so my goat krinky dont get the heat. this guy named the Oscar who was not the grumpy (like the GROUCH get? Haha :^) put in car and work like charm. gave some of mama borscht for service. many thanks to him as my pet krinky is not the sweat anymore
