My wife and I went to this Walmart to go food shopping and try to exchange an item on 4/8/17. We went there 8:30 am. We are both handicapped and require scooters. There were only 2 scooters available. Which was okay because we only needed 2 scooters. They were in poor condition. But, they worked. I went to go to find my item to exchange it. And they didnt have it. So, I found another similar item that was less money than my original item. I went the customer service desk to exchange the item and explained my situation. The employee gave me blank look like she didnt know what I was talking about. When she scanned the original item. It scanned the wrong price. My original item was $19.00. It scanned $9.00. I explained I paid $19.00 and she said I could exchange it for the price scanned and I would have to pay the difference. The new item was $18.94. I didnt have a receipt to prove my request. I withdrew my request. Took the item back to the car. I thought Walmart could have handled this situation a little more professionally.

This Walmart is the WORST Walmart I ever been to . Cashiers are very rude. This Walmart is messy & unorganized , but i rather have messy than rude Associates/Cashiers. Associates need to greet consumers with a smile & hello. I never once had a warm welcome or hello from a cashier. None of these cashiers at this Walmart are friendly. I had a cashier the other day , kept slamming my items in the bags because the customer before me gave her a hard time about something. But after I paid for my items , I kindly told the associates goodbye and she didnt say anything back! I should of said something to her slamming my items but didnt want to cause a scene in front of my children. I would of also talked to a CSM about her unpleasent customer service skills , but I dont even trust any of the CSMs at this location. I will not visit this Walmart anymore!

They never have what I need and when they do have the item I need its in the wrong size, wrong color, or is more expensive than the other local Walmart. Most of the people that work there are great. I love Janet, she is management but she is always willing to help. She cleans, she stocks, nothing is below her and she leads by example. Bill is also in management but he is one of the people I cant stand. Hes rude to customers and is even more rude to employees. I personally wouldnt let manage my dogs poop. The pharmacy staff is the best! Wendy, Misty, Mark, and Ashley always make me laugh and they genuinely care about how you are doing. Any time Im sick or have had surgery they check with me the next time they see me to see how Im feeling.

I was looking for a new phone kind of half hearted. This young lady stoped and ask if I needed help!!!! Yes folks you heard me right! As I explained my weird but very boring story she stayed attentive and ready to help. She got keys and unlocked cases so I could compare different phones and carriers. I ended up buying a very nice LG AT&T go phone and the 45$ plan to go with. It was the best experience I have ever had in Walmart, or in any retail store in a very long time. She had pinkish red hair,lol slim ,and neatly dresses if anyone knows her please give her several atta boys ,Ill be calling the store manager tomorrow to do just that on a higher level!!!!

I dont mind the store its an easy go to to get food and anything you need at the last moment. The issue is that they have cashiers that dont care if you lose an item you just bought and they refuse to help. I lost a tube of super glue and I went back to cashier who checked me at out, and she doesnt even know if I took or not and the only thing I got was dog food. And I know I didnt take it, and she even didnt acknowledge me asking for her help. It took customers in line to help me look for it and the cashier didnt even care. And if the manager is reading this it was June 26, 925pm and it was the cashier on the smoking check out lane.

The store doesnt know how to stock up on the items they know sell out the fastest. How hard is it to make sure people can buy loaves of bread? Or bottled water? If they are out of these items more than half the time I visit I think they need a new person running inventory to order the correct amount of items. Everything about this store is awful. Sure you get great prices, on junk food. They carry near to none in the organic department, and what they do carry as far as organic or completely natural is the first to disappear....someone else should be in charge of ordering for a store thats as busy as this one

The fruit at this location is HORRIBLE. Ive purchased fruit three times from them and each time it was molded and fermented. For example, the "fresh" diced fruit combinations are terrible. I purchased the pineapple, grape, cantaloupe package and the pineapple was so bad when I bit into it it tasted like vinegar. Completely disgusting. Next time I purchased a package of pears. Looked them over as best as I could because it was in a sealed bag, when I got home and cut them open...rotten. I will never shop here again. Its bad when you go to return it and the employee even states, "I never buy fruit from here"!

They deserve 0 stars because every car we have taken to change the oil has come back with an oil leak it didnt have before. You would think a lesson was learned but unfortunately it took 3 different cars for my kids to get the message that this wal mart dont know how to do a simple oil change and have forever changing stories when you call them out on their bs and the redhead older lady is VERY RUDE. I have never had issues at the Hopkinsville location so we prefer the extra 10 minute drive to keep our car safe from their techs and so I can keep my sanity.

Every associate in this Walmart is RUDE and always gives my family issues when shopping. We like to use coupons and they do not accept them or give us a problem when we are trying to pay. The manager Charles Sanders is disrespectful and does not listen to his clients. Its funny to see that there are 25 registers and there are only 2 open everyday. All the military families that spend all their money at this location and everyone is rude to them and does not offer any kind of military discount or anything. Thats why I shop at Target!!!

Theyre always out of stock of everything and when you ask someone if they have more of something they just shrug and say idk... how about go look for it or ask someone. Shop at the one down the road in Clarksville dont waste your time here. Im updating my review from one stars to three Because I called and complained to the manager and have noticed changes over the last month or two as far as theyve kept up more with stocking stuff and the manager was super friendly and was glad that I called so he could address the issues.
