I usually avoid going here at all costs. The employees are loud, unprofessional and RUDE (but only to "us," and thats all Ill say about that, because if you tell the truth nowadays, youre labeled just because you were honest). Due to our work hours (off work at 3am), we sometimes go by our WM Neighborhood Market right after we get off work, but when we got there, they are no longer open 24 hrs, so we had to go to this WalMart. As per the norm, we experienced the same thing I reported above. Not one employee addressed us, not even the door GREETER. One non-employee did speak to us; the bread guy delivering the bread and stocking it, was very nice and went out of his way to say hello.

the walmart on Skyland has been terrible for years and see no change in the future. Employees still rather stand around and talk with each other rather than assist customers and if you finally just cut in , of course they dont have a clue . Amazes me that so many employees and no knows where anything is located. the eye glasses shop next to Dr. Box . he doesnt have any connection with the glasses next to him. he is great but the employees " selling " contacts and glasses, never in my years of contact use, been treated like I was in there . idiots I say and most definitely stay away except for Dr Box and he will be only reason I slip back in there

Employees range from very helpful to completely useless. The parking lot is the filthiest lot Ive ever seen with lazy people throwing whatever trash they have (such as used diapers, grape soda cans, fast food waste, etc) underneath their cars and then running over it. They do this despite the fact that there is a trash can 20 feet away. Dont go alone at night if you are a woman because the parking lot is terrifying. Shady characters find it a good place to hang out. The store is also a complete mess when school starts up, more in August. I suggest going to the WalMart in Northport, much nicer and CLEANER.

Dear Walmart, Thank you for selling me an expired ham for Easter. I want to thank you even more for not taking it back because "it was not in your computer system anymore". In addition to not taking it back you made me go pick out food items to exchange for the ham resulting in waisting an hour of my time. After I played your game of picking out food items returning to the counter to finally get this resolved I was unable to get a refund or new grocery items. So now I still have the expired ham I can do nothing with. Thank you again for stealing from me.

You think a Wal Mart would carry low expectations. Even with low expectations accounted for this is the worst wal mart I have ever been to. Whenever you call and get put on hold you have to call back. I have been on hold for 20 minutes for a simple question that the department immediately knew the answer to when I called back. I have been there and asked for something and they dont even look. Just say "No, its not here if its not in the aisle."

Up until the few times I went there it was excellent no complaints but the last 4 times I went in they were slow, rude, and just down right unpleasant. Today I call the took 10mins to answer my call and then hung up on me. So I called back 6 times because I figure we just got disconnected, but after 6 call back and no one answered and I let it ring at least 6 to 10 mins every times. I am very did pleased with this Wal-Mart now.

Ok heres the tea. So did some late late shopping for my college student. It was si late that I left a few items at the self check out counter. Called the store quite a few times, got no answer from the customer service dept. So I decided to go back again at the same time I was in there the day before. The associate told me to grab the items I left and have a good day. Thank sir for not owning Walmart, and believing in others...

This location is always crowded, and they sometimes have issues keeping things in stock. Dont order things online for same-day in-store pickup. It seems the employees are lazy and will mark an item as not being available. How is it not available if I go to the store later in the day and see several the items sitting on the shelf?

Service is always subpar. The lanes are never open. If you go after 10pm expect to wait 15-30mins to check out. Not sure what their deal is but I avoid them if at all possible. Theres a neighborhood Walmart down the road take your chances there if you can.

If I absolutely must go there, I do it after 2 or 3 am. Stores not horrible, I just hate the crowd. Regardless of crowd size, there will typically be no more than 3 (of about 30) registers open at any one time.

Its ok just cant never seem to find a parking spot.nor and open and free register line. Cheap buying groceries.but all the cold foods are hard to find or way to expensive. Filthy bathroons pretty much 24/7 !!!

Tried to get cigarettes for a friend, and they rang up $18 for a pack for Marlboros! I told them there had to be a problem, but the cashier said, naww, thats what they is. She obviously had no clue

Prices on the shelves are not the prices of the items. The cashier has to wait for a manager for about 3 to 5 minutes.
