I would rate NO STARS if I could. I could have done a better job changing my own oil. I came here because I figured it would be more convenient, yet waited in line for over 20 minutes. Then the guy explained it may be a little while of a wait for my oil change since they were short handed, which I understood and figured Id just shop around while we waited. An hour and a half later, they come to tell me they cant get my oil filter off and cant do my oil change, but will fill my oil back up since it was already emptied. At this point I dont even want their oil in my car but what choice do I have? So I was still understanding, and did not say a word. Once my car comes off the lift, I get told I need to replace my battery since it died on them. Ive never had ONE problem with my battery before I brought it here and I have my car checked regularly at a dealership in Nashville. Lesson learned, never try to save yourself some time and convenience by going to Walmart for an oil change. Biggest waste of time ever. Now I get to take it elsewhere and wait another hour or so for a PROFESSIONAL to actually do it correctly. Thanks for nothing Walmart.

Well it was 2 Christmas ago I think either the either a new iPad had just come out and we were down at Walmart in lawrenceburg and they did not have it. So we called up to Columbia Walmart and they said they had it and that they would hold it for us for 45 mins. So we rushed to get there in time as 45 mins is stretching it from there especially running nearly out of gas. We made it and the clerk ranged it up and was about to hand us the receipt and the iPad then said wait I ranged up a better one by mistake and this is the last iPad of this kind and it was 100 more than the other, so she called the assistant manager and she key released it and both her and the cashier said we are going to have to give them this for the price that we told them. They were about to hand it to us again then the manager came up whoever she was starting hollering and then to us. She said yall cant have it for that price yall will have to pay full price. The tone was very bad and unprofessional. So thats why I hate columbia walmart.

Bought laptop offline for store pickup. Laptop had already been opened and used and speaker were blown. Came back to exchange and was given the wrong model and noticed as I was walking out of store. Finally got the same model. Came home and laptop speakers were blown as well. Called walmart and asked if they could please give me a laptop with an equal hardware configuration and if they didnt I would need another laptop with the same hardware or better and I would not be paying the difference. To top it off. 2 weeks prior I bought a desktop for my company Plugged in the desktop and there wasnt even a hard drive in the tower. Went back, exchanged, plugged in the new desktop, same deal, no harddrive. I will no longer buy any computers from walmart and I would advice anyone reading this not to either. Thanks walmart, Im sure the extra 100 dollars you could have given me to make the problem right hurt your multi-billion dollar company.

Be careful that they put everything in your bag ,I bought printer ink and there was two girls working and one went to take out of the plastic box and when she returned it didnt make it to our buggy and when we got home I called and talked to them and told me to come back and I live a half hour away so I come back in the morning and its a big deal and have to wait for the manger to watch the film of last night to check and said too bad he not giving away 50 dollars of products because he watched the video and they put them in the bag ,I refuse to ever shop there again that is the last time I spent 320 dollars on my bill and its April 15 and I didnt have the time to wait for the printer ink

Very, very bad!!!!!!!! I went in looking for several items and made my selections and attempted to find an open line, store was busy and needed many more line open. I got in a line and stood there 12 to 15 minutes I was the 4th person back and after waiting the cashier put up the closed lane sign and closed his line. More registers needed to be open and at least the customers who are already in line need to checked out. I left my full cart where it was and left store and I WILL NO GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!!! Walmart will not get anymore of my money, ever and I have good income and like to shop, so your loss.

Do not bother with the tire and lube express there. Recently I changed my oil, on the way back from a friends after I had done the change the oil light came on. I pulled off the road and called a friend of mine to come help, He inspected the filter and found that they had over torqued the old one and when I took it off the seal had stuck to the car. This caused the new one not to have a complete seal and my oil to leak out of the car. The people in the tire and lube express should know to hand tighten the filter, not bolt it to the car.

Same as the rest of them! Hate that they dont have self checkout at both sides of the monstrous store!!!! If you are just picking up from pharmacy and a couple items you have to wait behind people with loaded up grocery carts, or walk half a mile to the other side of the store to check yourself out, then all the way back to your vehicle on the other side? Very inconvenient! Especially if you have to check out yourself to get out of there quickly????

Id hate to let one person ruin my impression of this location, but he did. I asked Donald in electronics "could I ask you a quick question..." And he interrupted with "Im off the clock" and kept walking. Susan saw this and immediately went above and beyond to help me out. If not for her redeeming that situation, I wouldnt come back.

Save more live better...too bad it doesnt hold true to fresh fruit and vegetables. Disappointed in the freshness and quality...more times than not we have to throw food away that has gone bad as much as week prior to the expiration/best used by date. As a Consumer I am not saving if you sell food that is not fresh...

I love the store and most of the time I can find things at this Walmart that you cant find at others. The reason for 4 stars is because they are constantly out of stock of pretty basic things. Other than that, its a great store; clean with friendly employees.

Yuck! Went to purchase a couple of fruit trays and most of the strawberries had mold on them, the pineapple were shriveled, and trays were all thrown around. Needless to say, I didnt purchase any.
