I dont usually write reviews, but Im fed up with the Walmart in Russellville. Having a 24-hour store in Russellville saves me a trip to Bowling Green and is extremely convenient. However, its an absolute shame that the store is never stocked, never has any registers open after 10 OClock and, worse, has employees that expect me to push my groceries through a Self Check-out with a cart full of stuff. If I only had a few items, the Self Check-out wouldnt be much of an inconvenience, but its not much to ask of Walmart to keep at least one lane open at night. On top of this, it doesnt seem like it would be that difficult to report that the inventory of a specific item is low and make a request to have that item re-stocked. Im not talking about a few days of the item not being on the shelf--Im talking that there hasnt been multiple items re-stocked in weeks. I actually had to drive to Bowling Green to get items that should be regularly stocked in the first place. Im not wanting a gift card or an apology from Walmart over this complaint. What I what is to see a change! I want to come shopping and not have to worry if a specific item is going to be stocked or if Im going to have to shove my weekly groceries through the Self Check-out.

I have spent a lot of money with Walmart new tires camping equipment and many other things in the last month somebody changed my oil at the Walmart Supercenter with the wrong type of tool and busted my intake but when I went there to confront them no one wanted to take the blame for it I checked my oil regular I look over my car regular that happened the 5th of this month at that Walmart store in russleville the manager which is non-professional even made a comment did I take a sledgehammer to your engine we was done talking then I have contact the main branch and I will take this complaint formal for a $20 oil change they will cost me over $400.

So tired of going in this store and trying to get information on products. Tried to buy tomato cages in garden dept. only one person working in garden center she knew nothing about what she was doing. When ask if she could get someone to unband the cages she said no. The items were not priced she didnt know the prices. The managers here need to get their heads out their BUTT. Yea please reply there is a lot more I can tell you. Have a nice unproductive day!!! Would have rated a zero but its not there

This Wal Mart doesnt carry everything. Sometimes I go to Franklin or Bowling Green to get what I need. Warning........stay away from the oil change service I have had 3 horrible experiences with them....my family endured a bent rim...an oil filter with no seal....they leave oily hand prints on your vehicle.

Nice looking store I go in at 6 am and no registers open but self check out. Call me old-fashioned old whatever I already have a job I dont need another surely they could have one register with somebody thats not standing around working the register. Sam would be sad

Easy to find things great prices but some of the staff should not be working there as a cashier . Noting like shopping at your local walmart and the cashier insulting when you never even spoke. But that is russellbille,ky for ya.

Friendly staff. Easy shopping. No restaurant inside but a deli with good affordable food. Bathrooms are usually clean. Always good sales going on. I just wish they had a family bathroom up front.

Ive visited this Walmart many times. Ive had a couple friendly staff encounters but its a typical Walmart for the most part. Everything youd expect to be there but nothing extraordinary.
