I normally dont have issues when I am at Target, but today was treated with such disrespect. A little while ago, a Target employee gave my spouse and I a "With our apologies" coupon for waiting in line so long. These coupons state "No Expiration Date." I dont frequent Target much, so when I went today I decided to use it. When I go to check out and use the coupons, the cashier gave me an attitude and said very loudly "We havent used those in forever. Let me get the manager." The manager came over and was even ruder than the cashier. She said loudly again, "We havent used these in a year." Tries to scan it, "See! It wont even scan." And the manger just walked off without another word. I cannot believe I was treated like a complete scam artist. I was given a coupon with no expiration date, and yelled at for trying to use it.

Complaint I went to the Target in Pensacola, Florida 4711 Bayou Blvd Pensacola, FL 32503. I was trying to purchase a set of make-up brushes and the tag said $6.00. When I went to the register the prices was $32.00. Target has always honored the tag price on the label until the product the manager refuse to honor the label. She stated that was the wrong price because they forgot to put a price for that product. That is my my error as a customer and they should have honored the price label.

The customer service department went above and beyond to try and help me. I called thinking I had left $500 in a money envelope at the check-out. They didnt just look to see if money had been turned in they actually went back and reviewed security footage of me checking out. Unfortunately I didnt leave it there, but I did find it randomly on the kitchen counter, underneath the target receipt :)

Cartwheel has a lot of discounted items that this Target doesnt carry. Need to have a curbside pickup as well, which would be so much more convenient for on the go parents. Customer service used to be really good at this store, but lately they are lacking. I do like that it is clean and organized.

Its a nice enough store and the associates are helpful and friendly. But what takes it over the top are the shopping carts! What a treat to push these carts - better than the carts in any other store Ive shopped. On our second visit here, my wife commented on the same thing - excellent carts!

I only go to this location when I have to. The store is pretty decent, I just have a problem with the customer congestion. The snack bar doesnt have a Pizza Hut or a Starbucks (understandable since there are 3 within a mile radius). As for Pizza Hut, you cant use any of the Cartwheels for it.

Closest Target to Santa Rosa Island so thats a plus. They carry a lot of nice Beach themed products which is a big plus for us. Alot of the small decor items and art work was purchased from there for our remodel project. Getting 5% off with the red card is an added bonus.

Descent sized store. There is a little bit of everything here, electronics, entertainment, books, clothing, shoes, grocery, pharmacy, household, and pet departments. Located in a descent sized shopping center and across the street from Cordova Commons aka " The Mall".

Had a very positive experience with online to store ordering. They will inform you of every step from ordering to pick up. On clothing... Well, Im a tall guy and they dont have anything for tall guys. However, they beat out their competition for selection of products.

I had a horrible experience with this target. Tried to return a $379 drone that crashed and burned straight out the box. When I tried to Return it manager Melissa and Chris acted very ugly and ignorant towards me. I had to get the store supervisor. Veryracist

Always love Target! Download Cartwheel ap for fab savings. I NEVER go to Walmart. Weekly sales and the ap make it generally more affordable for everyday items. This specific Target has exceptional customer service!

This store is ok, its a typical Target set up and fairly clean. Every time I need to find a sales associate, there are few to be found and when I ask them a question, they act like Im forcing them to work.

Its a good target. The parking lot is usually busy. The CVS is located inside. If you didnt know Target had popcorn, you should look into it. Its movie theater quality and it keeps kids happy.
