I visited this Walmart and had a return. No one was at the door to greet customers , but there were several employees visiting and chatting among themselves just beyond the front entrance. When I had walked several yards , I heard a woman yelling "hey lady...hey lady... I was unaware she was yelling at me and I continued to the CS desk. When I got to the customer service line a young woman came up to me and told me I would have to return to the front of the store and get a sticker. I informed her I did not feel well and had a sore leg ( I am a senior citizen)and that they could bring the sticker to me. She told me to exit the line and wait. I requested the store manager and they refused to call one in fact they told one cashier to cancel my request. I waited over 10 minutes and finally returned to the line and a young lady that had not been told NOT to wait on me( as the rest had been instructed ) took my return. They were beyond horrible and beyond rude. I did contact the store manager and he apologized , but never followed up with the statis as I had requested to be sure the employees involved would have this on their record. This is the worst store I have EVER visited and I have shopped in Walmart stores all over the United States. They are really going downhill and I will spend my money at Target or Kmart.

NO INTELLIGENT HELP, IF YOU CAN FIND ANY ONE....THERE SEEMS TO BE AN INFLUX OF AFRICAN AMERICAN EMPLOYEES THAT DO NOT WANT TO DO THE JOB THEY WERE HIRED TO PERFORM , NOR ARE HELPFUL LOCATING PRODUCTS, EITHER ON SALE OR REGULAR ITEMS IN STOCK; TALKING TO THEM, WITH THEIR FAMOUS "ATTITUDES"....AND IGNORANCE OF BOTH PRODUCTS, AS WELL AS SALE ITEM PRICES, MUCH LESS WHERE THE PRODUCTS ARE LOCATED IN THE STORE...I HAVE SHOPPED AT WAL-MART, AS I SAID. SINCE 1984, BUT I WILL, NEVER, SHOP AT ANY OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENTS, EVER AGAIN, UNTIL YOUR CORPORATE INVESTIGATORS, OR SECRET SHOPPERS, NON-HISPANIC, AND, NON AFRICIAN AMERICAN, SINCE THEY WILL BE ABLE TO DOCUMENT THE PROBLEMS, WHICH A WORLD WILD CONGLOMERATE. SUCH AS YOUR CORPORATION. PLEASE, DONT FORGET, I _LOVE WAL-MART, BUT REFUSE TO SHOP THERE AGAIN..UNTIL SOMEONE FROM YOUR CORPORATE INTERNAL COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT HANDLES THIS ENTIRE SITUATION!!!! A, FORMER, SATISFIED WAL-MART CUSTOMER...TOO BAD I SPENT AND LOST, SO MUCH MONEY OVER THE LAST 33 YEARS...SAME AGE JESUS WAS WHEN HE WAS CRUCIFIED, I, GUESS, AFTER 33 YEARS OF GOOD DECENTSERVIVE, THIS, IS, WHAT YOURE CONGLOMERATE, HAS RESOLVED TO, OF COURSE YOU PERSONALLY, ARE NOT TO BLAME, BUT YOUR EMPLOYEES...I WOULD LIKE SOME KIND OF RESPONSE BACK, WHEN, OF COURSEV SOMETIME I ?

For as much as this place has carts all over blocking aisles (where the workers shoved out stock and left it) I wonder if anyone actually stocks the shelves. It regularly takes months for an item to be back in stock. I usually give up and go shop somewhere else. The workers are slow and clueless. Few know their own company polices and will argue and guilt trip the customer because they dont know how to do their job and are mad that the customer makes them work. Checkout lines are usually out into the main aisle because there is rarely more than two registers open. Its been a long running joke among shoppers that no matter what you come there for you will spend a minimum of 30 minutes waiting in the checkout line. And the front end managers will wonder around aimlessly doing nothing while 8-10 people are in each of the few check out lanes open. Go somewhere else, anywhere else. There are better WalMarts, better stores in the area. This one needs an overhaul and a lot of training for their clueless workers.

When will management get involved and start checking people out in an efficient and friendly manner. There is no excuse Im coming into Walmart after midnight and unable to get out of the store in under 30 minutes because they only have one cash register open. They close all the self service cash registers. And youll see five or six employees standing around the one cashier thats open chit-chatting. It is completely unprofessional here. There is absolutely no excuse for this type of behavior. A store is not supposed to operate where customer can come in and get those few items he needs in 5 minutes and then you have to wait in a long line for 25 minutes because they wont open another register and they wont help you and every one of them is rude towards you. Where is the manager? How does the manager even have a job here if the corporate supervisors knew of this type of behavior. its unbelievable

Problems at the store include: Broken self-checkout machines Clientele (elderly and low income) that doesnt understand how to use self-checkout Long, slow-moving lines Empty shelves Inconsistent stock Absolutely zero shopping carts available in the store the last two times I have been here Manager seems to care, Im not sure what the problem is here. Partly the customers who are on WIC slowing down the lines (maybe we could designate a couple registers for foodstamps?), customers who cannot operate self-checkout and customers who are too lazy to return the carts to the designated spots in the lot, but much of this could be helped with better organization and service. I prefer to shop at the Antioch location near where I work on Bell road which is much better run and organized.

Frequently low quality produce, lacks many grocery brands that other major stores have and items from the bakery expire within 24 hours or in one case mold was already growing on a small corner of bread. I was given a refund, but that doesnt address the bigger issue that at no point has any of the quality problems changed. The last time I went there ,there were fruit flies and maggots covering the onions and upon alerting the manager he swatted them away and removed a single onion. Do not trust the quality of anything you buy.

There is never anyone around when I need assistance. That is very troubling to me. I have Multiple Sclerosis and spinal deterioration. I am able to still walk an my own, for now. But, I have shopped at Walmart in a different state, a few years ago. Everyone was so friendly. Not what I expected from a Walmart up north. I am a true Southern lady. After 45 years nothing surprises me anymore. I just get more disappointed. Please, try to step up you service. I would love to be able to shop there again. Thank you, Kindly.

Every time I have gone to this store I have got a cart that is damaged and difficult to push. I have allways had to wait a long time to check out and when I pick up an order from them I typically have to wait 15-20 minutes despite many staff seeing you waiting at the collection center it is rare to have someone come over and offer to help you or offer to find someone who can help. On the positive side the store does have a wide selection in the grocery section and the staff on the cash registers are usually polite.

After reading all of the reviews for this particular Walmart on Google, Id have to say that this Walmart has made some improvements. I do enjoy going to this Walmart and havent had any problems while shopping there. The employees have gotten better about actually taking the customer to the product instead of just telling the customer where its at. It would be nice if there were more open cashiers when the checkout lines get long though! Thats really my only complaint!
