Beverly Nechuta

It was almost closing time and I was searching thru towels, looking for a specific kind. The only way to read the material contents was to pull out the towel, which was stacked tightly and read the label. The manager came and stood next to me and starting straightening. I made a comment and she made some sort of reply. I was not happy, to be intimidated by her "clean this aisle up". She was extremely rude to me.

Out of all the Marshalls that Ive been to, this is a middle-of-the-road location. While this is likely due to the slightly lower socio-economic area that is Hermitage, their selection is still pretty decent. No issues when visited. Friendly staff, etc.

This was a neat and clean store. This Marshalls was on the smaller end of the scale. I would have loved the opportunity to see more designer apparel, but I had no problem finding plenty of good deals.

This store is ok just wish they had a larger section to shop for the kids. Couldnt find boys 10/12, only a half rack of boys 4t, and nothing for my expected baby
