THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Never have I been so utterly disrespected and disregarded by so many associates in one location at one time. I visited a Walmart location a few days ago and used a self checkout kiosk. I mistakenly asked for cash back from the kiosk (which does not dispense cash) and left the store without realizing I never received my change. I called in to customer service, and was advised over the phone by one customer service associate (Ronidqua) to bring in my receipt to receive the cash back from my transaction. I came into the store, and waited 45-minutes in line to get assistance. Once at the customer service counter, I explained my situation, to which the associate, Candice, takes my receipt and tells me to have a seat because my issue will take a while. After 20-minutes of waiting, I follow up with Candice to make sure someone is handling my issue. She says that she just followed up with someone about my issue and walks off to handle returned items. After ANOTHER 45-minutes of waiting patiently, I ask to speak to a manager (Rolando). After explaining my issue to him, he tells me that I should first contact my banking institution to handle this matter and if they cant do anything, then to come back to the store. I ask him if it would be possible to at least get my original receipt back, to which he responds no member of his staff would have taken a receipt and given it to a member of security to rectify an issue. He then proceeds to tell me that if my financial institution is unable to resolve the issue, then I should come back and they can re-print me a copy of my receipt. He made ZERO attempt to recover my original receipt or even acknowledge the fact that one of his associates DID execute such an act. After multiple requests to get my original receipt returned to me, I asked if he could get the associate that took my receipt from me. He responded that she had left for the evening. The level of complete and utter lack of adequate customer service at this location is very disturbing. There have been several instances with similar outcomes where I leave highly frustrated at the lack of care associates take in fulfilling even their basic responsibilities. There is obviously a lack of training present, both in basic customer service and in problem solving. Instances like these make it increasingly daunting to patron these locations because of the EXPECTATION of poor customer service and lack of care by almost ALL employed associates. This type of quality is not indicative of the Walmart mission or vision and needs to be addressed immediately. No one should ever be subjected to the blatant disregard for people or their time that I experienced. This was the final straw for me spending my money with a company that could clearly care less about quality customer satisfaction or even basic customer service. I will no longer shop here and fully intend to spread the word about the poor service I received today.

I am so disappointed in the disorganization of this establishment. I am a frequent shopper of Walmart and I must say that majority of the employees lack customer service skills. I recently went in to check on the status of my package that I ordered online. The estimated time for my package arrival was between 3/4 -3/8. Now I understand that the last date of 3/8 has not approach, but I could clearly see that the package was delivered. When asked about this, I was told that the items were still on the truck. What truck and where? I paid for my merchandise upfront, so why give me a tracking update stating that the item are there, but when I get there, I see that my items are sitting in "some truck" waiting to be scan into the system. The clerk proceeded to tell me to check back on Wednesday, and reluctantly I retaliated from probing much further into the matter. This is unacceptable and should not be tolerated by any consumer. If you provide me an estimate and I see my items have been delivered, please do not hold my items for longer than necessary because of your inability to properly staff your store. I am super disapppointed, and will be shopping at Target from now on. Sure they are a bit more expensive, but they know how to treat the customers with the respect they deserve. Give me my stuff Walmart!

I wanted to give this place Bout a fourth(1/4)Of a star but I didnt know how! This place is the pits. I read a lot of reviews all negative but I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt so I didnt believe any of it. Now that Ive gone in the store-05/11/2017 I can believe every word. There may be two(2)employees,probably more but not that many, worthy of the job. The young lady who assisted me at the self check-out was very good; she should be the manager because if they have a manager they are not doing their job at all. The self check-out terminal did not have the money in it necessary to give me my change. Furthermore some employee seem to have very bad attitudes, like the security lady standing at the door when I was leaving. I greeted her with "Have a nice day" and she Frownd without saying a word. Now lately l had visited a number of these stores and this one was the worst. Furthermore a lot of the prices were higher than the other stores; especially the Movies! Oh the girl in the deli my brother compliments her all the time... Shes an asset to the company!

This was the WORSE customer service Ive ever experienced in my life! None of the store associates want to assist customers everyone seem too busy "hanging out" that they lacked professionalism. Even when asking store associates for help they say they dont know or they tell you the department isnt the area where they work so therefore unable to help. The nasty attitudes and the lack of consideration these people have for customers let alone there own job makes me question management. Why are you hiring lazy individuals that dont want to work? Also the store upkeep is disgusting and a lot of items on the shelves are wrongly priced luckily I priced checked everything before going to the registrar. This store gets a F- grade from me I will NEVER go back to that store again. I suggest they clean house re-staff associates that actually want to work and have the personality to deal with customers.

What a waste of a store. When at the store recently, I was told if I signed up for a Walmart card, Id get $25 (through the mail) off my next purchase. My husband and I thought it was good idea and did so. When I finally got my card in the mail, I called to activate it and was informed that $2,500 had been purchased from the card. Besides myself, the store representative was the only other person with my information - you can almost guess what happened. I immediately cancelled the card but had to go through the Fraud division to eventually get the matter settled, which took several months. By the way, I never received the $25 toward my next purchase and they issued another card to me for which I never asked for. Had to cancel that also. The store is needed; however, new management is a must and the employees need to be taught real customer service.
