He does his work very efficiently and thoroughly and also has empathy for a story I told him. He reached out with open arms and that was exactly what I needed. He made my year! Hes not just a worker but an all around superstar and a great asset to Sears. People like him is what we need more of.

Spent alot of money, never coming back again. They have delivery contractors, installers that are different contractors. No communication between them and Sears. Waited a week for them to install a hood range and to set up my refrigerator. Bad service from all 3 companies.
