I have been coming to this vape shop since it opened...the people that work here are great at their jobs and have expertise in the products they are selling...Butters and Frank are on top of their game when it comes to any questions you might have or help with the unit you are currently using or one you may hope to have one day...just hanging out with them in the shop is a break in itself...and Trish, the owner, is the sweetheart of sweathearts!!!...I have and will continue to recommend this shop to anyone I know that vapes or is looking to start vaping...also the store is always in a clean and sanitary state, which also show that the employees care about their store!!!...thank you!!!

Went to The Vape Shop of Pace last Thursday planning to pick up a vape and what not. Frank (the Manager) was behind the counter and asked what I needed. I told him I knew about vapes a bit, but wanted to actually buy one to replace smoking cigarettes... ...I later found out I know NOTHING about vapes. Frank was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the rundown of how everything worked and what to keep an eye out for. He was very helpful in not only showing how everything works, but keeping in mind my budget for purchase. If you live in Pace or the Pensacola area, Id strongly recommend going to this shop. This shop is the greatest EVER!! :-) I have never been in a vape shop with such impeccable customer service. The place is so clean and organized. Butters is so nice and welcoming and really knows the ins and outs of vaping. His coils he makes are some of the best aliens Ive ever seen! If you need anything vape related this is the top shop in the panhandle. Ive been to them all and this one takes the cake! Never shopping anywhere else but here. Thank you for being so great and saving lives daily!!

I went into the shop today to buy a new box and I wanted to venture into RDAs. Ive been using a tank exclusively since I started and didnt know much about the rebuildables at all. Frank was very knowledgable and helpful. He took the time to sit down with me and explain the important stuff and really helped me big time. I love my new setup and ill be shopping with yall in the future.

Had an issue with my tank, dude tells me he cant legally touch my device. Paranoid the FDA would fine him 10,000 dollars and up to 30 days in jail. Whatever happened to the vape shop experience? One enthusiast helping another? Doesnt exist at the vape shop of pace. On top of all this, everything is marked up an insane amount. Crappy shop, worse service, no longer a customer.

This place is amazing! I cant recommend enough. Butters was super helpful and helped me finding that perfect juice that I was looking for. He even let me use his mod to try different flavor juices that took me out of my comfort zone. This shop has helpful, and friendly staff with reasonable priced premium vape supplies. The location is convenient, and easy to navigate to. The shop is well keep, as well as all liquid testing equipment is keep sanitary. If you have not given them a try yet you should, or you will never know what you have been missing.

Used to come in here for 10-15 minutes for simple purchases (e-liquids, sub-ohm coils, etc. ) now I come in here to just hangout, listen to music, play pool in a cloudy, vaped up shop for hours . Cashiers are extremely knowledgeable and welcome inexperience with 10/10 advice.
