If I could give zero stars I would!!! I live literally across the street so it is the most convenient to go to for things my family need. However, lately, I will go anywhere but here! The people that work there seem to hate their jobs! Correct me if I am wrong but if you do not like it, find another job!! Tonight topped the cake... I went in for a few things for a quick dinner since I got off of work later than usual myself. I had less than 10 items in my buggy and went to self check out since no one was there. I rang everything in and had it all bagged up and when I went to pay, I could not find my debit card anywhere! I asked the woman to cancel my order and return the cash I had already put in which was 14 dollars, when she came over she made a rude comment " you cant afford the other 14 dollars". Are you serious?! I snapped back and said my debit card was missing and thats all the cash I had on me. I sent my son to the car to look and he couldnt find it, so I told him to stand by the buggy so I could look. While I am gone, the woman working self check out decided to make nasty remarks about my parenting saying I was a great mom leaving my 5 ft 7 inch tall son with the buggy. She has absolutely zero right to say a word about me or my parenting and then gave nothing but nasty looks to me and was hateful when I said I had to get my husbands debit card and come back. By the time my husband went back to get our things, she had taken it to customer service where they put it away even after I said I would be right back! My husband told them what happened and wrote out a report but nothing will be done, it never is. I know that woman was in management.. she was watching that area while the other woman was on break and I will not be back in there no matter how convenient!!

On July 3rd I was passing thru from Texas enroute to Orlando for vacation. I take good care of my vechicles, but as luck would have it my battery gave out. I stopped at a store off the interstate and a guy goes by and tells me that smell is my battery and that the closest Wal-Mart is at Milton Pace. Even helped with quicker directions to get there. Upon arriving and making several bad decisions and Wal-Mart not having the battery I needed. The place was super busy. The associates were cool under all the pressure. My wife got tired of going back and forth and stayed in the truck and it was hot. I was about to lose it myself when I began to look around and there was a guy at the service dept where the batteries were named Daniel. Some people were rude, but Daniel and several others remained professional and even in good spirits. All the trips I made in and out of the store people kept asking me "You need help?". I guess the hood up brings out the good in people. Like at least 15 times. Daniel finally gave me an alternate battery option that did not fit like the original but I would have to make some adjustments to stablize it and it worked just the same. I just said to myself I will put the one that belongs when I get back home to Texas. Needless to say upon returning I went to visit my mechanic for an oil change and he said that battery looks out of place all rigged up, and do you want to get the one that belongs? I said no, and told him want to know where that battery came from? Let me tell you about the awesome people I ran across in the towns of Milton Pace. Thanks Daniel and all the good people for making a stressful situation bearable and leaving your area with a 3 hour delay but one big smile on my face. May God bless you.

I want to say thank you to the 2 customers that helped me get 2 chairs and a table in my cart. Five associates including a manager walked right by not offering me any assistance. I even asked the manager and one of the associates if they had them in a box because I didnt think I could get them in my cart. Instead of trying to help me he just told me no they are sold like this and pointed to some other chairs just like it and told me if I needed more they were over there, then they both walked away. I even had one employee get irritated because the chairs fell out of the cart and were blocking the door. Did he help? Nope just scooted his way through. Again I say thank you to the customers that stopped to help me. (one if which was a 70 year old gentleman) Wal-Mart I think you need to train your associates on simple common decency!

Walmart overall is beginning to lose its appeal to me. At this Walmart it is difficult, if not impossible to find handicap parking, making it a struggle for me to get in and get my shopping done. Because of that and their poorly made clothing selection, I tend to shop at Kmart for clothing. I also prefer to shop at a grocery store for my food because its difficult to navigate the aisles with so many people packed in there. I shop for produce at the local produce market and the farmers market because they sell many locally grown produce and specialty items. I used to shop at this Walmart several times a month. Now I only go there a handful of times a year and only if I cannot find an item elsewhere in the local area. The womens restrooms are usually disgusting.

This is the worst place to go. My mother who is visiting from Michigan was at this Walmart today and was asked why she got an item with no price tag on it. And then was asked if she was going be in the line for a while. Now to the lady that cant do her job, the reason she got the one with no tag is because you all did not tag it. And to the other person wanting to know how long she planned on being in the line it isnt how long she planned on being there it is how long the cashier took to ring up the order for 4 items. I dont like the fact that my mom who I havent seen in 3 years comes down here a 14 hour drive to be treated with disrespect. She is the nicest person you would ever meet. Cant say that about the people who work at Walmart worst customer service ever.

Nothing new, its still just a plain old Walmart. The very few staff members that work there are extremely helpful despite having to run several departments by themselves. The recent produce section remodel makes it very difficult to get more than one shopping cart down an aisle at a time, which wouldnt be an issue in a civilized society. Unfortunately Walmart lately only seems to cater to a certain type of individual...a person without any sense of integrity. Which would definitely explain the companys lack of loss prevention procedures and the removal of "Door Greeters". Despite its many flaws, this store #0990 is one of the best Ive been to. They attempt to keep it clean and the hardworking staff attempt to keep needed items stocked.
