i have rented a dryer xbox and laptop from them. the dryer i was supposed to get it as a set with the matching washer and they was supposed to find it for me at another store withina couple days i called over a week and they still hadnt tried looking for one and started avoiding my call so i gave it back. the xbox i got for my sons bday and didnt work so i got another one and it didnt work either so i said take the week i paid on it and put that towards renting a laptop. when your payments due they harrass you nonstop and they even tried turning my doorhandle to my front door trying to open it. they also threw dozens of those "sorry we missed you" doorhangers all over my front yard my father in laws car my mailbox and my front door. there very rude especially the spanish lady who tried to intimidate me.

Juan was my sales guy and he patiently worked with me to get what i wanted because I didnt have an idea when I went in. I didnt even know how it all works. Im very pleased with everything not to mention the store manager Steven. Steven loves his job and I have never seen anyone so much loving his job. He was like the store owner who know his customers and do whatever it takes to get their business and satisfaction.

great place to do business. the staff there was knowledgeable. and, i got all of my items when they said they were going to bring them. the manager there was awesome. Their product by far was the best that I had ever seen. Plenty of name brands to choose from.
