If I could rate my experience with no stars I would but, unfortunately one star is the lowest. Save yourself time, energy and multiple head aches. Take your business somewhere else. I ordered a washer and dryer two weeks ago for a rental home in Nashville. They called to have it delivered. I agreed to the day and the time slot of 12-2 with the contingency that I have a meeting and cant be there any earlier than noon. They said it wont be a problem because they will call when they are 30 minutes away. Well guess what, they call at 11:15 to let me know they are fifteen minutes away. They get there at 11:30 and no one is there. And they dont wait. So they left. I wasted 30 minutes driving to the home hoping theyd turn around after I tell them my time was between 12-2 (nope) and my afternoon wasted by not scheduling any appointments during 12-2 so I could be there. During the second attempt of delievery the dryer gets dented and the cord to the dryer is too short to stack on top of the washer. They speak with someone on the phone and ask if a certain amount is okay to take off. I told them I need to speak with my husband first and can I call the store after I do so. They said yes they will handle it. They told me to order a longer cord when you call and we will come back out and hook it up. They have me sign a piece of paper and leave. The store was contacted and several people later we find out they need a picture emailed to them. This was never communicated the day of the incident as how this process would work. Luckily I took one before I left or I would have had to drive 30 minutes there and back just to get a picture. They also stated that they dont carry longer dryer cords? We will have to deal with that on our own and purchase one at Lowes or Home Depot and have it there while they deliver the next dryer. The third attempt to deliver a new dryer went just as wrong. They gave us a time slot of 5-9! My husband was 3 minutes away from being at the house, that takes 30 minutes to get to, when they called and said they left. I told them he was literally 3 minutes away to wait. They would not. I told them we have been to the moon and back over this process and we need it to be delivered tonight because we have to go out of town. They would not. I told them my husband just drove 27 minutes and is 3 minutes away why cant you wait just 3 minutes?! They would not. There is a huge disconnect between electronic express, the delivery people who dont give a darn about anyones time or have any customer service ability at all and between the paying customer that has to deal with all of this mess. Dont give them an ounce of your time because they wont give you any of theirs. Take your money to a company that has systems and processes in place and that take care of their customers with their service and ability to communicate and see orders through.

Would never recommend this place to anyone to shop at. I bought a TV, TV stand, sound bar, fiber optic cable, and surge protector. Things were bad right at the beginning. First, once the delivery was made they forgot to deliver the sound bar. Second, when I unboxed the TV the corner was smashed. I took pictures went to the store at 10:30am and spent the entire day waiting for a replacement. They finally show up at 7:00pm. Then while setting things up the fiber optic cable I was told I needed was useless. The sound bar came with a fiber optic cable even though the sales person said it doesnt come with one. Also it has to have a right angle connector in order for it to work and the one he sold me was a straight connector. The surge protector he said I needed was useless as 2 of the 6 outlets worked. Then the next day I find out the TV I bought which was "on sale" was sold to me at retail price and Best Buy had the same TV for sale for $700 less. Seems they will sell you anything to make a dollar. Jack up the price on products then sell them to you "at sale price". This place is a joke.

Why is it that most reviews are written by people who are not satisfied, or rather people who cannot be satisfied by anything. I bought a great Samsung LED 40 inch TV for a very good price and I am very happy with the service, the knowledge of the sales people and the friendlyness. I also had a bad experience with SEARS, where I had bought a new stainless steel refrigerator, but never received in 9 weeks. When I finally bought a Samsung refrigerator at Electronic Express in Spring Hill, it was delivered two days later, without damage, on time and set up right, by the friendliest people. To the people who wrote the previous review I can only say, if your supervisers had ever fired you upon one mistake, you would not have a job to earn the money to spend on electronics. It is easy to hide behind nasty reviews and a (maybe) fake name. Where people work, mistakes are being made. I hope you two guys will never make a mistake, because you would not be able to forgive yourself. I love Electronic Express in Spring Hill. Karl Stamey

My card wouldnt swipe and the sales associate couldnt enter the card in manually.... He went back and forth to the managers office about 6 times, but THEY just sat there and never helped him...WHY? Im not sure... It seemed they were lazy and didnt want to come to the front... I sat there for 25 minutes and waited.... He then told me that he was sorry... "I cant enter your card number manually"..REALLY?..... They just lost a sale!!!! Funny the teenage girl at Papa Murphys pizza entered it in fine!!! I thought it stupid and incompetent that a place specializing in electronics and computers cant do a simple task like entering a card number...... I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!

A alright place if you are getting a specific item and know exactly what you want...Until they lie. Bought a new LG uhdtv from them. I told the salesman when browsing Im looking for a 120hz TV, it was a MUST HAVE feature. Showed me a few and under looking only one actually had one (or so I thought) that was above 60hz. Get it home, hook everything up and Bam only 60hz. Called LG and they confirm they used software to boost it but it is a 60hz display. Returning today. TV is nice but not what I wanted. From their manner on taking this TV back will reserve to edit this review.

Well are brand new washer didnt work right from the day they set it up. Called and asked for an up grade as instructed the first week? I wanted this one out and was ready cash in hand to pay for better one>! Again store blew us off..Amana says talk to store ? Manager Mark says talk to them after he rudely said if we had done something about it the first 7days or 30 days? Wait a minute I did DO THAT! Silly us we bought 3 appliances from them in the same day. WONT DO THAT AGAIN ! THEY DONT BACK UP WHAT THEY SELL.!
