Ive been a recurring Staples customer for quite a while, and the comments about customer service are true. While they do have everything, it is very hard to get help from the employees here. Theyre constantly distracted by something else and you really have to try hard to get their attention when you need help. Even worse, they know nothing about what youre trying to buy and cannot answer any questions, but even worse, I swear vehemently, do not, I swear do not go to them for computer repairs. My laptop locked up and their computer tech said they could fix it quickly, but two hours became four, fours hours became six, six became overnight and when I went to pick it up, they "suddenly" said it had viruses. Say what????? They wanted to charge me a fortune for what a regular computer repair could do for $50. Shop here, but dont expect professionals and do not under any circumstances take your computer here to get fixed!!

never any help to be found - staff always seems to busy doing "something else" - when they help you its like they are doing you a favor - why bother - too many other options available

Great customer service. Particularly from a very friendly copy specialist named Ivan. He hooked me up with with 500 copies of a custom flyer in ten minutes! And it was a great price!
