Best Buy purposely discourages phone inquiries of any type to your local store.....getting through to a real person in your local store has designed stall tactics that pressure you to go to the website or call some main head quarters in bum f**ked egypt that cant tell you anything but generalized stale answers.....say you want to buy a certain product....does your local store have them in stock?...do they have the color and size your wanting?....so Egypt tells you SURE your local store has them....so you drive 45min (oneway) to get it and guess What? ...No got.......your local store does not want to answer questions over the phone.....this is all designed to get you into the store to end up purchasing something ......customer service of a pre-purchase is that of going to a cell phone store....you have to go through three people to find someone that may halfway know something......Best Buy is the worst compnay for pre-purchase phone inquries......so why not purchase through Amazon....I know BEST Buy will match prices but Amazons extra warranties are way less and Amazon will have your back long after the sale...its not worth it anymore to deal with Best Buys nonchalant uneducated attitude...they dont need me I dont need them......adios amigo....

We drove almost 2 hours to go to this Best Buy for a phone case for an iPhone 6 plus the LifeProof case, I called a head of time to make sure that they had the one in stock and the color of the case that I was looking for. They assured me that they did, they said they had the color and there was "plenty" left in stock. First I asked if they could hold me one back since we were driving from out of town and they wouldnt, then we drive all the way there and they dont even have ANY.... NONE! We asked for help from the "manager" of the cell phone department and he said he would go check in the back but it will be after he helped someone else with a bunch of stuff, so we ended up just leaving. It seems like something so simple but its the fact of the matter that we drove out of town for a cell phone case and they obviously were too lazy and didnt even go check to see if they had any or who knows but that is insane! Never will go back here, we had this same problem back in December where we drove all the way down here for something that they said they had and didnt have. Our personal experience, some may have had good reviews but we will NEVER be back!

Had been to this best buy to get a verizon phone for cyber Monday 2016 and faced very bad experience. Waited for 3 hours to meet a representative which is expected during holiday time. But representative who attended me was busy with his personal work and answering my questions in between. Irresponsible representative ended up saying "you scan your docs and come back tomorrow". He didnt even knew that the sale ends same night. I had to tell him that and he said nothing for that. I spent 3.5 hours at this store doing nothing. If he had asked me to scan docs in the beginning, I couldve got it done in that 3.5 hours idle time. EOD, wasted 3 hours standing at best buy, 30 minutes talking to a representative who was busy with his personal work. I am not going here again to buy phone. Snail work better than them.

I actually really like this Best Buy. I mean, its a big box retail store, so if thats not your thing, I can understand. But, being what it is, I think that the team at this store is great. I recently went through a tablet testing phase and need to buy a couple different models before I found the right one for the job. They were super gracious though out the process and even let me hang out and basically test every single tablet they had in the store without trying to rush me out the door. I did end up buying and keeping a tablet. I also go here for emergencies like when the cable internet modem went out, etc. Obviously online retail is also a great option, but Im really glad that weve got these guys down the street so we can get hands on and ask some questions, etc.

Logan P in the computer dept was awesome! I went in one day to check out the computer I had narrowed down online. I asked a whole lot of questions, and he patiently took the time answer them. I left the store to do a bit more research and returned the next day for the laptop. Logan walked me through the dept to pick up the other items I needed. I would have been in and outside very quickly had I not failed to raise my daily acct limit. He waited patiently while I called the bank to get it changed. Great experience! I walked out happy!

Poor customer service. Sales staff just stand around at the table in the middle of the store talking to each other. Some guy tried to get help and was told no one was available , even though like me, he was told someone would be there shortly. I drove all the way from Cookeville to pick up a drone that had been put back for me. I dont mind waiting my turn, but when sales people are standing around laughing with each other and not waiting on customers. I take my business and money someplace else, and i did!

We have purchased a new refrigerator, Microwave, and now Range over the last few months. Jessica was spectacular in helping with a few issues with the refrigerator and some small issues with checkout. David was Great helping with price-matching, they absolutely WILL NOT BE BEAT on price. Had to return the Microwave, TWICE (my issues, not theirs), and it was as simple and painless as could be expected. I absolutely LOVE the service these guys provide!!!

Purchased an open box MacBook Pro & they charged me for it, but then refused to give it to me because they decided they didnt want to sell it because it was the "display model" But oddly enough, it was ok to list it online. & I probably could have even gotten over that had they not also been extremely rude. This was my first experience with Best Buy, and I truly hope this location doesnt reflect on the entire companys outlook on customer service.

They have sold me four broken products told me it would take three months to fix!! Then i opted to junk then they sold me another broken device. Now they wont exchange it. The manager Devin (Mount Juliet TN store) is beyond rude. He told me to buy a worse brand because it was in stock verse ordering me the product that i wanted. He was beyond rude and unhelpful. He should be fired. Worst best buy I have ever been too.

Best Buys one of the only stores I will go to for new CDs or DVDs and Blu-rays. Ive also bought TVs and computers from them. Ive never met an employee that wasnt courteous and helpful and their prices our great. I actually just picked up a new CD that was $5 less then the actual artist was selling on the website. They have a great rewards plan and there warranties and technical support for electronics are the best.

I went in to the Providence BestBuy Saturday, with questions and plans of purchasing an iPhone 6 plus. Reggie provides the best customer service, hes courteous, kind, informative, and I didnt feel rushed. I love my new phone, and he made buying it all the better! Thank you Reggie... And for helping me talk myself right into that LG headset too!!!!
