Ok the second time Ive had major problem at this location why is it only THIS location?!?! Tonight I go there to shop not cause I want to Cuz its ghetto and rude ass people work there but it was late and I needed grocerys so I wait in line for the lady to come ring me up , I wait , I wait like ten mins. Then I tell my hubby to go find someone who can help us. The lady tells my husband we needed to wait and be patient. Not Im sorry for your wait or anything I said excuse me what did u say making sure I heard her correctly she repeated herself and said were in there all the time and were always impatient. First off , I aint never seen her and second off I ended up leaving my groceries in the buggy. She was yelling disrespectful slurs as I left. I will not stop til shes fired. Im going to every single person above her I need to. I will not be talked to with disrespect when I spend lots of money in that dump and I didnt get my food tonight because of her being disrespectful so I feel like she sound be fired. Point blank period no Im sorry nothing. U dont treat customers like that or is it OK am I crazy. Walmart is going down hill. God where do they find these ghetto ass employees at ?! Im so pissed I can not believe she said I needed to be patient after I waited ten mins to be checked out.

I bought 4 tires about a year and a half ago and one of them started falling apart...I spoke to Lisa and Tina in the tire department and they refused to even look at the tire saying that I did not purchase road hazard warranty...I explained that It was not a road hazard but a tire quality problem...They still refused to even examine the tire and was quite rude and argumentative. After asking to speak to a manager, I got to speak to a Kim which also refused to look at the tire and gave me the same story...I then asked for the store manager, a Mr Bill Creagan, Then finally I got somewhere. Bill had someone examine the tire and was able to at least give me a discount on a new one, which is all I was looking for to begin with. Overall, Mr Creagan was excellent to talk to and professional and he resolved the problem right away..kudos to him but the other three, Kim, Lisa, and Tina should not be in the customer service business and because of their rudeness and lack of initiative, I rate my experience low on the customer service scale.

I have no idea what happened to this store. Worked here for 4 years and mother worked here for over 9 years. Went in the other day to buy a sim card for my phone. Lady in electronics asked me if I had more shopping to do and I answered yes. Then rudely said You have to pay for it back here. Seems like piss poor customer service to go about it like that if I had no choice but to buy it back there. And another place when it gets slammed for some managers to stand around not helping out. And whats the point of putting floor crew with signs that say ask for assistance if they are not willing to help out? And stocking has gone down the drain. What happened got to have items on shelves for our customers. Go in there now and way too many shelves are empty, I guess allowing overnight stockers to take as many and as long breaks as they want has a lot to do with it, or playing around on there phone to find a new song to listen to. I can only imagine if Hal knows about what goes on inside this store.

They dont honor their battery replacements. I went to three different auto stores with my battery and they all said the battery was bad. I took it to Walmart where it was still under warranty and the first time they tested it and said it was fine. A few days later my car wouldnt start again (luckily its a manual and I could push start it). I took it to another car place and they said it needs to be replaced so I took it back to Walmart. This time they said they could not honor my warranty without a receipt (which Ive never needed before, Ive had to do this) and they then said the battery was fine and tried to tell me it was my starter...which is new. So I finally took it to the third auto parts store and they tested it, once again it came up as bad. I bought a battery from the place. I will never again buy a battery from Walmart. They were very rude and unprofessional.

Used the grocery pickup service today for the first time. It was the worst service Ive ever received. Waited 15 minutes for anybody to even come to my car, then they didnt have my 1 big item from my order. Employee told me it was unavailable, so we went inside to check, where we find 17 of them. They charge you for the whole amount at the time of purchase, and then refund any changes, but that can take up to 3 days to process. Problem is that the item wasnt even out of stock. I ordered dog biscuits as well, and they substituted them out for the tiniest ones possible. Worst experience Ive ever had at Walmart. Whole process took 45 minutes and lots of frustration. By the time it was said and done, it would have been quicker and easier to have just gone in and done my own shopping. I definitely wont be recommending this service to anyone.

First off let me state about how half of the employees are very rude and not helpful. My review is based on the auto section. I was in a bind and needed tires and they had great ones at a decent price so I said ok done deal. Well in the process of replacing my tires they snapped off a lug stud then proceeded to put the lug nut on because only "half the stud broke off" and thanks to that they broke my lug nut. So I pay $60 at another auto shop to fix it and Wal-Mart tells me I have to come back the next day for my money. Why should I have to wait for their mistakes? I will forever avoid this Wal-Mart due to the poor service and lack of know-how by all employees. Also door greeters for your returns please learn where to send me whether that is jewelry department, electronics, or customer service. Thanks yours truly NCiKoN.

Why do people continue to shop constantly from any Wal-Mart? The one here is like any other store I have shopped in. Rude workers who never want to help, everything is made in China and a mass market of trash. For the so called "American" store, they have little to do with selling American. There so called money back guarantee is a hassle if its not done in a couple of days and your still treated like someone who is trying to scam them. Id rather shop local and buy things made in the US only, help support local business owners and if I have to pay more? Well its worth it to not have to deal with rude jerks who treat you like trash AND treats their own employees as trash too.
