I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to in this case. I have pawned my car at Massa Auto Pawn in Northglenn 3-4 times and am always beyond impressed with the level of service that I receive, specifically from Douglas. I CAN NOT say enough about Douglas! He continuously provides a level of service that is unmatched. He always remembers me, has kind words, and makes me feel appreciated. Massa is very lucky to have Douglas on staff. Hes a rockstar!! In an industry where horrible customer service is common, Massa stands alone in their appreciation and great service of their customers. If you ever need to pawn your car, DONT HESITATE TO GO TO MASSA AUTO IN NORTHGLENN!

Doug at the Northglenn location has always been pleasant at the front desk. Really cool to the customers. We had to pawn our car due to a family emergency and it was extremely urgent. When we needed him to come through for us he did. He was compassionate about our situation and understanding. He is a great asset to your company. He made the pawn transaction seem like it was no big deal and we were just like everyone else when we felt ashamed we had no other options but to pawn our car to get the money we needed. When we got our car out, we were glad to see it was taken care of. Great job Doug! We will recommend him for sure!

My experience with Massa Auto Pawn & Sales was 2nd to none. I purchased a later model Toyota Camry there and have been more than satisfied with my purchase. I found the staff to be more than accommodating and my salesman Douglas Evans exhausted all of his resources to find the the RIGHT car, and not just a car. A few months ago i found myself in a bad situation. I had to make a decision to either sale or pawn one of my cars. At the time i was unsure and a little hesitant on the idea of pawning my car, but after talking with Douglas Evans with Massa Auto Pawn I decided to go for it and now 3 months later I have my car back and couldnt be happier! I would like to personally thank Massa Auto Pawn & Sales and especially Douglas Evans for going above and beyond in helping me and walking me thru the steps and as well as taking great care of my car while it was in pawn! Only in business for themselves to make money. They have several "rules" or as I was told "thats just business" where you will be charged extra fees. They way they work is designed so that you do not get your items back & they profit 100% off of any monthly payments that you make plus when they sell your items. Another conceran for me was the "guard" puppy they are training. Is so sweet, they are so mean to this dog. It is sad to see a sweet, innocent dog being treated so badly. Please do not support this business for your own financial needs, nor animal welfare.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very helpful regarding various options to help out during hard times. Fare pricing and good selection available. Also they will help you locate that hard to find request given the correct amount of time. Have recommended them to family and friends. After dealing with two other outfits in the same line of work, Massa Auto Pawn & Sales is by far the best, most courteous, and reasonable pricing in town.

This place is a rip off I called today to get my vehicle out of pawn the gentleman tells me it will cost me an additional 200.00 for 4 days past the due date Seriously the loan was for 2000.00 to renew its 200.00 so to take out my vehicle its going to cost me 2400.00 dont ever pawn here its a rip off
