Tuvimos una mala experiencia , compramos nuestro primer carro y nos vendieron un carro a 22,000 es mucho dinero pero eso no importa cuando el carro es de calidad , pero resulta que el carro no estaba en Buenas condiciones y cuando les informe lo querían arreglar a su tiempo y mientras tanto yo perdía días de trabajo , les propuse que me dieran otro por la razon que no era mi culpa que vendieran carros de mala calidad y no quisieron , decidí devolver el carro ya que solo tenia una semana de tener y se quedaron con mi deposito de 2,000 dólares eso no es justo ni habla bien de ese dealer , más no saben que hay leyes que protegen al consumidor y que los harán regresarme mi deposito y hasta con intereses !!!! Amigos no ballas a este tipo de dealer son puros estafadores .......

First and foremost, I have had nothing but issues with the vehicle(2011 jeep patriot) I purchased from them, the moment it hit their 30 day 1,000 mile warrenty. First the brakes, belt and belt retractor, water pump, battery, and then the starter failed. But on top of all of this which cost close to $1600 I go into the DMV TO get the vehicle registered and it comes back as stolen from Texas!!! So not only was I sold a lemon I was allowed to drive a STOLEN car!!! I recommend these clowns to NO ONE!!! Nothing but a headache from the moment I signed for the car. UPDATE: Went in to Dmv at top of the following week (7days later) only to find that the car was still stolen, called dealership and got another story on why and that it would take another day or so. In other words these guys are very incompetent and lack any customer care once youve made the initial down payment. STAY AWAY

They ruin your credit by sending it to countless lenders. They also leave you in one room while they plot on how to make more money off you in another room with their boss. They come up with some reason as to why you cant have a car that you want and try to pick a car for you. They ask for HUGE down payments and have OUTRAGEOUS INTEREST RATES like 21%. Theyre customer service is almost as bad as the sharpest rides. I bought a car here as well as 3 relatives and they ALL HAD ISSUES IN THE FIRST MONTH they pretend to fix it for you but all they do is shut off the check engine lights. They told my brother to try unplugging his battery to see if the dash indicator would magically go away. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!

These guys are great, it was easy to get approved and I got a great price on my Camry. I could not have asked for a better deal. I was able to save money and time during my experience.I thought all dealers were dishonest but these guys shot it straight with me and made my experience of buying a car favorable. DO NOT GO THERE I WENT LOOKING AT A CAR THE DUDE SAID HE COULD GET ME APPROVED I WAITED OVER A HOUR AND I WAS LATE TO WORK BUT HE NEVER RETURNED A PHONE CALL IF I WAS APPROVED OR NOT. I BAUGHT MY NEW CAR FROM TYNANTS VW IN AROURA WHEN THEY PULLED MY CREDIT SCORE THEY HAD SENT MY SSN NUMBER TO OVER 10 LENDERS MY CREDIT WENT FROM A 670 TO A 515 DONT GO THERE THEY SEEM LIKE THEY DKNT KNOW WHAT THERE DOING THE GUY HAD TO GO KEEP ASKING HIS BOSS QUESTIONS.

Check car facts here ppl. Make sure all seat belts work and cars clean. They sold me a car with seal belts not working, window broken and vomit on the inside roof. Also had make up allover from previous owner and dog hair between the seats. CHECK YOUR CARS HERE AND LOOK AT CAR FACKS FOR SURE..just forget them and hit up laryy h miller nissan. They will get you approved for a brand new car!

Sold me a lemon car and knew it! Car went bad immediately! Please run! They refused to help or make the situation right! They sale nice cars that are JACKED UP! Please take your money to a REAL dealership not these CROOKS! They have a mechanic on sight and still wouldnt fix my car! The mechanic come to find out is a junky!! This place is an illegal mess. Needs to shut down.

I absolutely love this place! I saw them driving by when I was looking at another Jeep on west Colfax. The customer service was exceptional and their was no pressure to buy. I bought a 2007 Jeep Cherokee and its been a great car so far. I went back 2 months later and bought my daughter a Nissan Altima. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a new car.
