Im only rating this as a 3-star because I really adore my new van. Otherwise, it wouldnt be such a high rating. Our salesman was alright. There was lots of confusion from different salespeople. Wayyyyy too much running back & forth & "Oh I forget this" or "Oh I forgot that". I spent about 4 hours at Nevada Auto Sales on November 23rd. They were unable to approve me because I cant prove my income. I came back the next day, the 24th, with my dad as a co-signer. I was there from 9am to 7pm. Absolutely the longest most ridiculous process to buy a car that Ive ever had. My dad stays incredibly busy, & they promised me that they understood that & would not keep him long at all. They kept asking me to call him for one thing or another, & he was getting pretty pissed because he was working. So yes, Ill say our situation was pretty complicated. Ill give them that one. They pushed me into putting more of a down payment than I wanted to & kept asking, "Can you do this much?" "How about this much today, & the rest in two weeks?" "How about this much??" Yes, we have bad credit, thats why we came here. Yes, I know the vehicles are more expensive. That wasnt my issue. This is where it really goes downhill for me. I got a call on November 30th from them, letting me know they had missed one of my signatures on a piece of the paperwork, & asked when I could come sign. I told Tim (not our salesman, not sure who he is actually, but Tim, at least you were polite :) ) that I would do my best to get back in there, as I have four young children, I go to school full-time & I work. Ill be honest, I completely spaced it. Then today, I get a RUDE voicemail from Russell, claiming that the finance company was going to back out of our contract for "no cooperation". I called my finance company first, they had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. I went down to Nevada Auto Sales, & signed the paper they messed up on. He said something to me about wishing how I had answered my phone & came in sooner because the finance company was going to pull my contract. I said, "Thats funny, because I just called them, they have no idea what youre talking about." To which he immediately informed me I was talking to the wrong people, not the people he was talking to. How does he know who I was talking to?? He insisted that they have been calling me for weeks - Hmm! First off, Ive only had the van two weeks. Second, I have one call on the 30th, when I spoke to Tim. One call on the 5th from Tim, & one today from Russell. But youve been calling me for weeks? I find that hard to believe. Just because Im a female & I look young, does not mean Im an idiot & that I can be bullied. I had planned on leaving a decent review, but not anymore. Not after the way I was treated today. You can take advantage of people because of bad credit, but you should at least send your employees through a customer service class. I dont know what Jenny does there exactly, but at least she was nice the couple times I talked to her. The rest of who I dealt with (you know who you are) should take notes.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I bought a car from these people 3 wks ago almost 4 weeks. Well lets see I had it in the garage last friday to have the back up tank for the radiator replaced and their extent of help was they paid for a hose, I paid the rest. Now today the altinator decided to stop functioning properly and their response was oh well, these things happen. Come to find out that when they did their inspection they put a new battery in it so the altinator didnt have to be tested because the battery passed their inspection. They cheat to get their cars to pass inspections to get around the lemon laws. They also stated on there inspection that all exterior lights work and that is not true either, one of the fog lights is completely missing. So I warn you do not waste your money at Crazy Hermans Nevada Auto Sales and his band of cheats. As well as their machanics A-1 Auto Repair
Car buying can defiantly be a stressful experience, luckly for me and my family it was anything but stressful. When we arrived we were greeted by Jeff, he was very polite and told us if we saw anything we liked and wanted to take a look at he would be right there to help, and thats exactly what he did. Jeff was very understanding to our crazy schedule. Any one that has a young child, mine being 2 knows that sitting still for anything is rather impossible especially when there tired and cranky. I was so thankful that jeff was patient and helpful with her so that me and my husband could do our paperwork. Thanks to Jeff and the other wonderful employees at Nevada for a great car buying experience. Absolutely satisfied. If your in need of a vehicle stop by Nevada and ask for jeff and enjoy your stress free experience!!
At first everything was going great we discussed everything and were approved for financing and we were going to come back in a few days to finish and get the vehicle we wanted because I didnt have my id on me which well I decided to go back that day with my id and go ahead and get the car we had already told them our circumstances that we were staying in a long term stay inn while waiting for our house which we were told that was perfectly fine as long as we had the address to it when I went back we were passed on to a different guy just to be told that the information we were given was wrong and that they couldnt help us if we didnt have a permanent address he was very unenthusiastic and the whole 5 minutes I had to talk to him it was like he was trying to talk us out of getting a car from there.
Financed my car in April of last year with them. Had nothing but an AMAZING experience. I dont remember the name of the salesman but he was very personable, and worked quickly to get me financed and on my way in my 06 Taurus. They worked with me and my low down payment and had me out in about an hour and half in time to get to work in a new car. When my starter went out last week I remember I had done an extended warranty with them and it only cost me $104 to fix. On top of that they send me vouchers for a free oil change every so often. I had no credit history before this and they still got me approved with nothing but $200 and a broken down Saturn in hand. I will definitely finance another vehicle here. Love my Taurus and love my experience. Thank you, thank you !
If I could give this place negative stars I would! Unfortunately my daughter and I went down and talked to Sasha. When she went back to see what she qualified for, we could hear her working with someone who walked in after us. "Give me some time and Ill see what I can do" she told them. Came back and told us my daughters payments would by $400 a month. I asked if its because shes young and doesnt have any credit and she said "no, prices of cars have gone up and thats the going rate for used cars" WHAT?!? THATS YOUR ANSWER?!? REALLY?!? Im a stylist so I text one of my clients who manages a dealership and he asked if we were trying to finance a $20,000 car (no we werent) $100 per $5,000 is the average going rate! Greedy, dishonest, lying, way to run a business!!
