I bought a car here in 2012 and everything was fine! Steve took good care of me! A week after having the car I had to put a transmission in it! Steve gave me half of the money which to me was pretty lame! I drove the car for four years and went through tires way faster than I should have! Then I found out why! In 2016 I looked to trade the car in on something better for my family! To my dismay the car was not able to be a trade in because of undisclosed frame damage prior to my ownership of the car! I was shocked! I went back to Steve and told him and he said he had no clue at first and then he admitted to it! He gave me less than blue book value in a refund and said hed be lucky to get $1500 out of it! The car is now for sale for $2500 and he is blatantly saying there is no frame damage! This gentleman is a liar and a snake and is doing nothing to take away from the negative image already depicted of a used car salesman! My advice is to be Leary when purchasing a car here! Ask for all the paperwork and buyer beware!

The only reason this place gets a 1 is because 0 is not an option. Steve, the owner, is a dirty liar, bringing truth to the stereotype "dirty used car salesman". He sold me a vehicle with a bad engine, a blown head gasket no less. He took it to "his guy" who works at Tire World just across the street and they all said the vehicle was fine. They all lied. They work together in order to get whatever sale they can. The vehicle shut down on me multiple times, more times than I can count, in the middle of traffic, endangering my life. When I attempted to sell it back to him, he had the audacity to tell me he would not buy it back because it was in his words, "unsafe". So it was unsafe to buy back but not to sell in the first place? Steve will lie to you and tell you whatever he needs to close a sale. Save yourself the trouble and dont make the same mistake I made by trusting this man. He is a con artist masquerading as a car salesman.

I never write reviews, but I was so happy with this experience that I felt there was little choice. A few weeks ago I bought a 06 Mini Cooper. Steve was welcoming and friendly during the process, and we arranged repairs for the obvious issues wrong with the car (remember, it was bought "as is".) My husband and I took a small vacation, and when we returned I scheduled time for the minor repairs. When I got there, I asked if they could recharge the A/C which was completely dead, and he was happy to do so. Turns out, it was a much more costly repair, being a leak in the condenser. He and his mechanic graciously repaired it and didnt charge me a dime extra. I know buying an older car will come with its own set of problems (might need a new clutch by year end) But thats the risk you take when you buy something older and inexpensive. Thanks Steve for taking care of the car, as well as alleviating some of my concerns when doing so.

The gentlemen down at Springs Auto Sales definitely left me with a great car buying experience! I lived in Albuquerque and planned to fly to Colorado Springs to purchase the car. It was described accurately and my wife and I were treated very kindly. And to all who have a problem with the service here, cars depreciate! A used car dealership can predict the car will be flawless for years to come, all they know is the Carfax and the condition of the car when they receive it. You cant blame them for an engine or ball joint that goes out after a purchase. This is just the nature of cars. So far my 2004 Prius has been great but if it gives out tomorrow I dont go blaming the dealership! Thanks again Springs Auto Sales! You were great and I would definitely work with you again.

My husband purchased a 93 Altima "as is" with 126,600 miles at time of purchase last August. Has been a very dependable car and the interior is spotless. He stated the salesman is also the owner and is very laid back and never used high pressure sales tactics. The inventory mostly consists of early 90s to mid 2000s cars and trucks. All of which looked in decent shape and all had clean interiors. The battery failed shortly after purchasing the Altima but they cheerfully replaced it with a brand new one, no questions asked. My husband has put 4000 miles on the car since then from commuting to Denver from Northern Colorado Springs , 5 days a week, no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended dealership if you are looking for a decent, older reliable vehicle.

Ive bought many used vehicles over the years & the car I purchased from Steve is exceptional. I find buying used is risky, period. Used car lots bring together the vehicles people trade in, rather than sell them. I would not hold responsible, a private party seller or used car dealer, if the car came with problems and you didnt have your own mechanic check it out first. Steves mechanics fix obvious problems. With that being said, Springs Auto Sales has a nice variety of vehicles with a variety of good values. Do your homework & find a vehicle with good used vehicle reviews and youll find at least one available here. Thank you to Steve and his crew!

I bought a 2005 kia spectra from this dealership and they said they would fix whatever is wrong if I find anything. I found out that my car make and model had issues with the check engine light so whatever, but when I brought it back for my passenger air bag light being on they said they fixed it and only pulled the bulb. They said they put a new clutch in which they did but did not change the 93000 mile pressure plate (comes in a clutch kit) so 9 months and 7000 miles later the "new clutch" was gone due to faulty plate.

Bought a 2016 Toyota rav 4 may 2016. Was in accident not found by checking history or car fax so beware when you purchase from this dealer. It drove great, no sounds, but a week of driving all kinds of sounds started. Took to my mechanics who found it had been in accident. All shocks needed replaced and front drivers axle. The sale was nice, Steve was nice, but honest, NO!

WOW! Is all I can say! Steve is a wonderful down to earth guy and is not a pushy car salesman. I purchased a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica at a great price and no pressure. His cars are accurately priced, and he offered to fix it at cost if I ever had any issues! I highly recommend Springs Auto Sales for your car purchase. If I could give him 10 stars I would!!

I bought a 2012 dodge ram from englwood dealership within two weeks i found out that on both sides my upper and lower ball joints were bad. I tried to call them but got the runaround for awhile now past 30 days and Will not fix it. I would not recommend this dealership. During the sale was good just after the sale not so much!!!!
