I went to King Credit to get another car, I worked with Mike on finding a decent car that I could make easy monthly payments. So here I am, getting a nice newer car, with "no problems whatsoever". Six months into owning the car, we had to replace the front hub and bearing and tie rods. I thought nothing of it, of course, thinking these things happen. Well, less than a month later, the engine light clicks on, and I take it into the shop and find out that the timing belt, timing sprocket and several different solenoids need replaced. Unfortunately I havent even gotten word of anything else that is wrong with it, considering its been in the shop for so long now. Just seems pretty odd that all this hardcore damage happened when I barely put 1,500 miles on it. I spoke again with Mike about the issue, and the fact that the car is basically a lemon, and of course he makes an attempt to swindle me into a different car on top of what Im already owing on this. The repairs alone that I have to pay out of pocket - because coincidentally everything that is wrong with this car is not covered by their phony warranty - are worth the amount of the car itself. I will never do business with King Credit ever again, and I certainly hope they look into their dealers and how they treat their customers.

Two years ago I came here with my hopes completely crushed and devastated. They picked up the pieces and put faith and hope back in my life. They were the only ones willing to help me and not snuff or look down on me. Today and two years later I returned for a second time looking for an upgraded vehicle since my first experience was so amazing. The non existing customer service here makes me sick to my stomach. My roommate and I went in looking for a vehicle, or maybe some advice if we couldnt work a deal with King Credit, but after five minutes we were quickly walking to the door in disgust about the way we had been treated. We were told we had no hope and because of our unfortunate situation that no place would finance us and we just needed to go buy a car off of craigslist. What a joke, and how rude! We proceeded to head to Best Car Buys after where we got outstanding customer service and were told that we would without a doubt be driving home with the car we wanted. Less then a week later my beautiful Ford Focus sits in front of my house. Such a beautiful and wonderful feeling all thanks to a truly phenomenal dealership.

I had a bad experience through Car Hop and was super mad when they lied to me and still was unwilling to finance a car with me. I had lost hope and on the way home we saw Kings Credit and turned around and went in but in my head I kept telling myself I wouldnt get approved. They had asked about how my day was going and after finding out kept the mood light and were fun and friendly...and although I didnt get my car today Im super excited to pick up my Cavalier tomorrow and am so grateful for their awesome customer service and helpfulness and getting me into a car like they had promised and giving me a chance...you guys are awesome and will definitely be recommended to everyone I know.

I was looking for a buy here pay here used car lot in Denver and came across King Credit Auto sales. After going to 3 different used car dealers and getting turned away, King Credit got me in to a really nice car with a little down payment and small monthly payments. I love the way King Credit treated me and the salesman were so nice. The manager at this used car dealer in Denver were more professional than the other car dealers I dealt with. I was looking for a good used car and I left there with a really nice one. I would recommend this used car dealer to anyone with bad credit to give them a try.

BEYOND my expectations!!! I dealt with Mike at King Credit, and he got me in the EXACT vehicle I wanted. I had been shopping around for a couple of weeks and after being told time after time that I could not get what I WANTED I began to loose hope. Mike worked on this for me and made it so convenient I could not believe what was happening until I was parking my Yukon Denali in my driveway!!! We barely had our car for a year been having problems with the speedometer since we got it. They couldnt figure out how to fix it. Now just yesterday the fan mount that goes on to the engine completely came off even pulled off a piece of the engine block with it. They wont fix it because they say its more damage then what the car is worth and yet i still owe 3000 on it. Please dont be a pawn and let one of these lemons go home with you.

Not a bad place, I have purchased a few cars here. They are always willing to help and work with you once your in the car as well. Seems a little high cost but for the buy here pay here option you expect to pay more. They do referral cash which is always nice and the card are usually clean and working only had one issue years ago but they made it right. Will buy here again, new management so cant comment on the customer service yet...

We bought a car there in January and we purchased a warranty for $1900. Car got totalled in June. Had to cancel the warranty. What a surprise when they told me that King credit never paid. Was told by King credit it was an error and stuff happens. We have paid 6 months of interest on the warranty and they will not refund it. We dont need the money but what is right is right. DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY THERE.
