Not as good as Mike Ward Fiat. I was visiting Denver and needed a new set of rubber, and I had previously once used Mike Ward Fiat and there received excellent service. I called AutoNation by mistake, got an appointment, and decided to keep it after looking at its Google reviews. In retrospect, I should have gone to Mike Ward. When I arrived, I was neither greeted by name, welcomed, nor did my service advisor identify herself. She stayed seated behind her desk. My prior visit to Mike Ward, the service advisor came outside and shook my hand, called me by name even though we hadnt met, and identified himself. Throughout my visit at AutoNation (perhaps 2 hours), my service advisor never talked to me, never updated me. Through my visit at Mike Ward (perhaps 3 hours), my service advisor gave me a tour of the service department, new car sales, and updated me on my service no fewer than three times. Breast Cancer awareness is important to AutoNation. Thats great. My service advisor solicited a donation to their Breast Cancer fund. I suppose that this sort of thing is becoming increasingly ubiquitous in our society; I find it distasteful. My father died of complications from prostrate cancer, my mother from complications from senile dementia and stroke, but those arent as important to AutoNation. I give slightly more than 12% of my income to a variety of charities, I dont need to get solicited by my dentist, my grocer, my car dealership. Of course, Im a cheap b.....d for not giving to AutoNation, but they are not a trusted charity organization. Towards the end of my visit, the technician drove my car up. My service advisor was not available, so I had to wait about 15 minutes until she returned so that she could ring me up. The tires that they installed were very dirty, they even made my service advisor do a double take, but she did nothing about that. AutoNation does not perform a complimentary car wash. When my service was nearly complete at Mike Ward, my service advisor had me rung up so that I was ready to go when the car was prepped. They perform a complimentary car wash so that I drove away delighted with 5-star service.

The woman who greeted me at the service dept. desk was the friendliest and most helpful person in this role that Ive ever met. She was able to answer all my questions and my service was completed very quickly. I do, however, have two minor complaints (and thats maybe too strong a word). Id have liked to at least see a mechanic somewhere on the premises. It was almost mysterious - my car was taken and returned but I never saw anyone in mechanic clothes and I saw nothing visibly different on the car when it was returned. I wondered for a moment if anything really had been done. It was also surprising that the car hadnt been washed since every service Ive had over the last 20 years included a car wash. They omitted the car wash on my first service a couple years ago as well but called to apologize and gave me a promise of a free car wash if Id come down again (its 35 minutes away so thats not happening). Anyway, I think the Car (Fiat 500) is great and the woman at the service desk is terrific. No car wash and no mechanic visible is odd. Small criticisms.

My entire experience at this dealership was positive. I wasnt certain if I was going to buy a Fiat when I walked in so I said so to the salesperson (Samantha) who asked if she could help. She showed me the cars and was able to answer all of my questions. At no time did I feel pressured at this dealership as I have at many others. I left to think about my decision and came back several hours later ready to buy. Samantha continued helping me, again, answering all questions. I was very impressed with Samanthas knowledge of the vehicles at this dealership. The finance portion of the purchase also went well. I was very pleased by my experience here and would highly recommend them to anyone. I now have over 200 miles on my 2016 Fiat 500x and I love it!

I purchased my 2015 Fiat 500 Abarth here. The process was easy any the sales staff was very accommodating. My problem comes in when I need service or some warranty issues addressed. The service writers I have dealt with have left me with the feeling that I am inconveniencing them. They left me questioning if they knew anything about the cars they sold, or cars in general. They never communicated my issues to service, so I would have to explain all my concerns and needs directly to them after I explained every thing to the service writer. I left many times frustrated I am glad I have started using Mike Ward Fiat service. They are miles better than this place in. Word of the wise if you purchase here get your car serviced at Mike Ward Fiat.

Thank you Monte Kline and Luke Pelletier of North Denver Fiat. These two gentlemen bent over backwards to help my wife and I purchase a cute 2013 Mazda2. After weeks of searching online for a dealership that might work with our credit we were on the verge of buying anything from a buy here pay here dealer. All the vehicles had over 150,000 miles on them but we were desperate and had been without transportation for over a year. Then on the very day we were going to go to one of these dealers, Monte called and said that he was pretty sure he could work with us and our financial situation and that day my wife and I drove away in a make and model car that we wanted... Monte, Luke, and AutoNation are our heros!!!

The Auto Show drew us to you when we sat inside the 500 Pop. Once I drove it was not sure and actually was willing to walk away from the table. Went out to your lot once more and bouncing between a couple of other colors that would hold up to the discounts (rebate/work/retired military) I was eligible for. Went back into the show room and ready to look at numbers when the Sport with its extras kind of said "pick me - pick me" So I picked it lol. Fantastic deal and could not be happier. Great gas mileage (right at 40) for our long daily communte. At my age (60) I fee like a kid again driving it. Monte - you were fantastic and I would gladly refer anyone to you now and in the future.

I bought a 2012 Fiat from this dealer and have had nothing but good experiences with them. Every person I have encountered has been friendly and professional. Steve, in service, is great. He takes the time to explain what my car needs and appreciates that I need to keep costs down. All maintenance is done well and I am communicated with throughout the process. On two occasions, I had to go out of town before my car was ready and I was given a loaner car for long weekends. Not having to worry about transportation means a great deal to me. I recommend this dealership to anyone who complements me on my cool little Fiat!

This was probably the best car buying experience we ever had. We told Monte we needed a vehicle we could tow 4 wheels down behind our motorhome, he knew exactly what was needed and showed us the 500 Sport. After a test drive we were sold. This was the first time we ever had a dealer tell us our trade in was in excellent shape they usually try and find fault with them. After some negotiations that were actually pleasant we arrived at what we felt to be a great price for an amazing little car. We would recommend this dealership and Monte in particular to anyone looking to be treated with respect and given a fair deal.
