If I could give a negative zero I would. Had our truck less that 4 months before it started to have a mind of its own....While driving, the truck started to lock and unlock by itself as well as accelerate and slow down while my 2 year old and 2 month old were in the vehicle.....my children were locked in the vehicle while at a gas pump, the air conditioner turned hot out of nowhere......we call the company and explain whats been going on, they told us we could only be seen by appointment, which makes is utterly ridiculous but I guess thats how many of their cars are messed up. Our appointment was several weeks later....once dropped off, we were stuck without a vehicle due to them not offering a loaner car, which also resulted in missing work. Come to find out, the truck has electrical issues and an issue with the motor mount. The company wanted us to pay for repairs although the warranty states 18 months or 18,000 miles.....the warranty is a joke as well as the company. We had no problem paying for repairs but they wanted us to pay for the repairs, the car payment and the insurance which was ridiculous. We asked them to give us 2 weeks to give them what they were asking for but they were not willing to give us the time to come up with the money due to not working....well today I get a certified letter from the con artist company stating that they now own the vehicle.....thats $3000 down payment as well as $280 every 2 weeks and an extra $130 a month for insurance gone down the drain from February to June. Instead of being an honest company, they only care about money and not the customers wellbeing. If you want to deal with good honest people, this is not the place for you, they sell lemons. STAY AWAY! Edit: Since you all are so quick to reply when you get a negative review.....No, the car loan is not in my name, its in my husbands name. I know from you reading the review, you know exactly which automobile Im speaking of, unless you have that many bad vehicles that youre selling to honest people. Well been having a lot of problems I bought 2005 Chevy suburban on a sat the first day the transmission started to mess up I told a guy named Mr Flores hes the one that sold me the car I took it back that Monday as soon as they opened Mr Flores gets ingrinds up gears a gets it wrkn again it so I drove to elpaso where it started to act up again finally it stopped going into 2 wheel drive an I let them know I made appointment 26 day after Christmas car has been at shop till today I been waiting along 3 weeks for my truck they saposivly put a new transmission well it broke again the same day I got it back Wich was today at 2:30 well 6 hrs later trucks broke down out here in Laredo TX an Im without my car that I jus paid I sure hope I can talk to Mr paisano in the morning hopefully he can fix the problem cause Im very upset an unhappy right now Im expecting to be taken care of after all this trouble that Ive been having out of this truck I hope he can fix an resolve these issues thank you ..Jesse flores

This started out as a good experience. We were approved for a vehicle and test drove 1 that day. We came back and test drove 2 more cars but were unable to make a decision because of issues with what we test drove. We had one car as a potential but wanted to test drive 2 more to eliminate them as possible purchases and were told that we could not. We had to just pick a car because we were waiting their time. We informed then that this is a major purchase and we could not just pick a car because you dont want to take the time and allow us to make a choice. While there were saw several others (not black) doing multiple test drives without conflict. Would not recommend to anyone. Unfair business practices. How can you make a decision on cars that most have over 100,000 to 242,000 miles without a test drive. And nowhere was it posted that test drives were limited.

These people are in the business to rip you off. I was desperate and didnt have the credit to go to a real dealership.... I regret my decision to the fullest. Granted I was late but ALWAYS paid what I owed on payday. One day I walk out of work and my car was gone. I call them to see whats going on....they said that I was to pay my payment, plus late fees and tow fees if I want it back. They made me sign a document surrendering the vehicle over just to be able to take my daughters car seat out. They said they did a "door knock" at my house and called my references before the tow. Liars. I was one payment behind, and my next was due the next day. Buy your car cash or finance through a bank. These people are in the business to rip you off....they are going to turn around and sell itto another fool.

I had purchased a Ford F-150 from this place and the truck had a year warranty if any issues were to happen to the truck and so I found out that the truck was leaking when it rained and wet the whole left passanger seat , I called over 8 times about this issue and went 4 times to the dealer place and they just kept saying they couldnt help me or the person in charge was never there or was on vacations , the car also needed an alignment and according to the warranty it also was covered but they never answered my calls or assisted me when I went over 4 times to the location on top of that many cars are priced as if the car was to be brand new

This people are AWESOME. I have purchased three cars form them already and cannot wait to trade in the one Im driving for one they have on the lot right now.. Excellent service, great vehicles, friendly staff. This is your go-to place if you need a car and your credit is lees than perfect. Even when Ive had something unexpected happen in my life and have struggled with payments, all I have done is call them and they have always beng there to help me get back on track.

These people are on the decline.Low down payments with high mileage vehicles. Cool staff Easy app but the quality is not up to par. I threw a rod in a 2009 Suburban the first month. why? because it had no fluids in it upon sale. No point inspection. After so many problems in 2yrs all out of pocket I gave up on it. I learned a lesson in finance shops like this.
