My experience is with the service center. I brought in my 2006 Range Rover HSE because I was receiving a Transmission Fault, they quoted me 1800.00 dollars to repair, I authorized the repair only to have to call them after 2 weeks to tell me that the repair did not work and to advise me that I needed to spend 6100.00 for a new transmission. I was told on the phone that if I were to invest this amount that would be everything out the door. The repair took almost a month and then I still had to pressure them to get it before Christmas. When I went to pick up the vehicle, they handed me a bill for over 7K dollars. They stated they forgot to tell me about the work they had already done even though I ended up replacing the entire transmission. I had to stand there and argue for almost an hour to agree to 6200.00 dollars. I take the car and drive it for less than 2 weeks and the same problem that I was receiving on my old Transmission was happening again and now the A/C would also not work. I called and scheduled a new appointment and the vigorously apologized, we took our car back into them on January 21st 2016 and I am just getting the call today that our truck is ready and they found the problem for the Transmission but the A/C needs coolant so that would be 375.00. I honestly cannot believe after all this they wanted to charge me even more. Needless to say I am completely and utterly done with this group out of Frisco. The only positive is that they provided a small car while they had ours, after some pressure. I am sure that others have had a much better experience or else the ratings would not be so high. I hope they read this and correct it for the next customer but I will not be back. I have to write an update because now for the 4th time, my vehicle is having the same problems with the transmission. I have now called the GM which from my last conversation with him two weeks ago, he seemed extremely friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to make this right. I left him a voicemail this morning so I will update once this situation is all over again.

Buyers Beware - I have never written a review before, but was compelled based on the unfair consumer practices this dealer embraces. Dont expect a discount off MSRP but that was okay as I recognized the vehicle was in demand. I wanted to bring my own financing and the sales associate explained that I had to use Land Rover Finance which is illegal. I spoke to the GM and he told me that even if I was able to secure financing that he still had the right to refuse the sale of the vehicle - never had a problem and bought a BMW the weekend before but I guess I rubbed them the wrong way. After having my credit union call the GM, the GM called me and said he wouldnt sell me a vehicle as he wasnt allowed to sell to the Community Credit Union b/c they had a dealer license. Needless to say, I spoke to several dealers (even though mine was a credit union) and they said that Frisco had sold them vehicles within the last 2-weeks, all of which is documented and being submitted to the Department of Consumer Affairs. Dont be fooled to use their bank, their interest rates will equate to 6% plus and you will end up paying on interest as opposed to principal and be upside down. To put this in perspective, they offer a 48-month lease, 12k miles at $1430/month!!! I was able to secure the same lease for $950/month - it is insane that people fall for this scam. The reviews here are legit in terms of the price gouging, needless to say I have reported them to the BBB and Department of Consumer Affairs. I should have trusted my gut when I walked into this dealer, and just walked out. You should also know that Dallas and Frisco are very much under the same management. If you choose this dealer, pay attention to the rate they are charging and make sure you also report unfair trading practices. How these guys have jobs and represent the Land Rover brand is beyond me. I would feel miserable going home everyday feeling good about trying to take advantage of people, karma comes full circle.

After hunting for and finding the exact Range Rover we wanted at the Frisco dealer, my wife and I came into the Frisco store with money in our pockets to purchase the Evoque for an agreed price, no problem there. We had decided earlier to trade in our current 2012 4x4 Mini Countryman, 13Kmi, one that is fully equipped to the highest degree, wholesale/trade in values and having checked auction values through a friend knew what we had to gift the dealer with. (We did not tell them beforehand that we decided to use the Mini for a reduction of taxes and did not need extra above payoff $$ for the car.) We were offered six thousand dollars less than actual trade in value, and less than a Mercedes Dealer offered us only a week prior... when I just happened to find this Rover, the one we wanted. Ok, granted, the dealer (SlsMgr) wanted a deal, okay... & we were willing to bite the bullet and let them have it for less than payoff. But the new salesman came back and sadly said the SM is mad... very mad, he doesnt want to deal! So, I said bring him out of his office and lets talk it through... the guy would not budge... said no deal would not come out and talk. Salesman did not want me to go to his office... weird and weirder. I have bought so many cars in my life that I can easily and without hesitation put this experience up there with the worst of them, of which now number 4 in 51 years. You want a Ford or Dodge or Yugo purchasing experience, go to this place. You want to be insulted and dealt with as an idiot/ fool/ lower than low.... this is the place for you. The Evoque was perfect and now they can do you know what with it.

I am not in the business of writing bad reviews, this being my first. I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt and chances to rectify their wrongs. I have NEVER purchased a used car before and now NEVER will because of my experience and especially a vehicle of another make and model than what they sale. I am a jeep girl ad fell in love with a jeep they had on their lot. My experience on the day of the sale was fantastic and felt it went the smoothest of any car I have purchased. But now I feel they saw a sucker when I walked in. I was told thing son the jeep would be fixed. They did follow through on fixing some of the issues but it took 5-6 weeks for that to happen. Yes I appreciate a loaner car but they had my jeep 5 out of the first 6 weeks I owned it. I kept being passed around to different people to discuss the issues that still needed fixed because on the day of the sale I WAS NOT informed it was as is. SInce having my jeep I still continue having issues with my jeep dying at random times. I have ONLY owned it since December and have not gone a month without it being in the shop. It now will die at random times and unsafe times (on tollway) and jeep diagnostic wont even pick up the issue, so it has been in the shop 3 times for this issue and NOTHING shows up. So I am driving around in a jeep and constantly looking for a way out in case it dies. Very uneasy feeling. I feel they knew the jeep had issues and saw a single female walk in that loves her jeeps and got rid of it. I will NEVER purchase a used vehicle again.
