I give this dealership 1 star because the customer service from the service department is horrible. If you think you are going to buy a GMC and get help when it breaks down, you are wrong. They will not help you and calling GM customer service makes no difference. I have called this dealership two times to setup an appointment. When I arrived at the dealership to drop off my vehicle, I was told that my name was not put into the system. I was extremely disappointed because I took a day off from work and there was nothing they could do to help me out. The service associate told me that if I could drop off the vehicle, but that it would probably just sit there for days until they could look at it. He said no loaner vehicle could be provided either. What Im I supposed to do when this is my only means of transportation for school and work? I have taken this brand new GMC sierra to the dealership for problems about 5 times and I have only had it 5 months. My first problem was the tires. My truck would shake really bad when driving. They looked at it and determined that all the tires on the brand new truck were bad. After replacing tires, problem was not fixed. Took it back and they found that all newly installed tires were out of balance. Now my truck is making a popping noise and grinding noise in the rear. Even though GMC trucks look nice, I would not recommend anyone to buy one. If you want to buy a vehicle from a company that will not help you, then buy a GMC. If you dont want this to happen to you, then I suggest you look at other brand of trucks or cars. I am just waiting for the chance to be able to trade this vehicle in. I will never buy or recommend a GM product again.

Bought my second vehicle from here. Got it back in February. Sales guys were great. Helped out in every way they could.. No problem on their end. Problem starts with the service dept.. My 2015 yukon tires started loosing chunks of rubber..call in and talk to them and am told its your alignment. I take it straight to my trusted mechanic. He says alignment is dead on and rotates tires. Problem does not go away. I then take it to Autonation, where one of the service reps looks at my tires and says these are defective. Go to lunch, come back and Im told they will be replacing the tires with brand new ones. They will call me next day to set up appointment. Well that call turned into,, were gonna replace the tires but your gonna have to pay 90 bucks per tireGm seems to think these tires cost 240.dollars each... THEY DO NOT..we have found them for under 120..my point is that I was told these are BAD tires..sold to me on the vehicle..was told will be replaced due to being defected, now they want me to pay..I spent a lot of money on my SUV and was sold not only bad tires but cheap tires..to pay 60+k on a vehicle to learn that they put on cheap tires just pisses me off!!!!! If I was a sales person over there I would be irate,, not only will I not be buying another car here nor will anyone else in my family...thats money they will lose...because their service dept sucks!!! They really should realize that this is cc. They kinda depend on repeat customers, so take care of YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!

Had my truck towed to the dealership and called the following day to see of they had a chance to look at the truck. They told me my service rep was Anna and left my number for her to return my call as she was on the other line. Waited 2 days and no call back. I called again and was told she was on the other line again and left my information again. Waited the entire day and finally called back after 4:30pm and was transferred to Anna. She stated that the truck had not even been looked at yet and would call me as soon as a tech looked at it. Waited 2 more days and no call back. I had my wife call and Anna told her that they still had not looked at the trick and told my wife she told me she would call me when she knew something. This is not acceptable, you need to let the customer know something daily even of its no change. Anna, then made the excuse that since it is spring break, vacationers vehicles take prescendence over locals vehicles. I am not sure how you aim to make a profit with this type of policy. Im appalled and will never bring my truck to this dealership again, they had my truck for over a week and never really repaired anything, I had to insist they change the battery which they did and charged me over 500 for terrible service and a battery.

My first experience has been bad so far, warrenty parts were ordered, dropped off vehicle to have them installed, was told only take a couple of hours, when I didnt hear back got a ride out there about 2:30 and was told it was wrapping up, waited in customer lounge at almost 5pm my service advisor advised me that the wrong parts were ordered, that they had reordered the correct part and it would most likely be there next day! But give them till Monday to make sure they had part in hand, this was Thursday afternoon. I waited till Tuesday morning and called back myself not much follow up from this place. Was then told my part was on back order and didnt know when they would have it. Then on Wednesday I received a card telling me my part was there tried calling never heard back so dropped by to be told that was a mistake. They also said a recall and update had been done the first time but u didnt get any paperwork so Im not sure they did anything, will wait and see how this is handled in the future gave them 2 stars because of what has happen up to now

Horrible service. I do NOT recommend to anyone. They cannot even complete a simple oil service without problems. The last two oil services had issues. The last oil service the service manager, Anna Rodriguez, failed to even run my VIN to check for recalls. In bringing the vehicle in, my wife told her that there was a recall and that we wanted it to be corrected. In calling her back and enquiring about it, she said that my wife was in a hurry so she did not complete it. If by a hurry she meant not pulling my vehicle in until 1015 after a 0900 appointment, I guess so. My wife had to cancel another appointment. When I called her to enquire, I caught her in a lie...she did not even run the VIN to check for recalls. She should be FIRED! The previous oil service, the mechanic put my oil filter on so tight that it cut/split the gasket on the filter and it was leaking. After driving it home, I had to replace it myself, costing me even MORE MONEY and TIME. I CANNOT and WILL NOT recommend Auto Nation Chevy to anyone for any service needs.
