Let me explain why they get 3 stars. Service was 4.5 stars day of purchase, but sadly the 2 weeks leading up was pretty upsetting and let me explain why. Day One 2 weeks from purchasing the car - I stopped into the dealership to look at their inventory just because. (To be honest I told myself I would never purchase another new car locally, but I figured why the hell not) I saw the Camaro and liked it. I asked the salesman standing right there along with other salesmen about it and he said a couple of words and kind of turned his back to me. I figured I am relatively young and this car was sitting with a couple of other high dollar cars, I could see why he would think I was not capable of affording it. I then asked him how much it was since the window sticker was missing and if I could look inside it. He came back out after 5 minutes and said "X dollars, but its sold." I figured someone must have just purchased it and accepted at that point I wouldnt be able to look inside anymore. He did give me his card and said if I wanted one he could order it... (well, kind of helps to look inside and test drive it before hand, dont you think?) Fast forward 1 week - I went back to see what else they had and there was that same Camaro sitting there. Again, I’m standing there thinking if that’s something I want and again salesmen everywhere but no one even bothered asking me if I needed help. I finally asked a salesman if it was sold and he just said "is this what you want?" I just gave him a puzzled look and explained to him what I was told. He then walked off and went to ask someone else. Two car salesmen came out leaned up on another car and said "nope, its not sold, its still available." I looked over it again and just made a small comment about it not having the dual mode exhaust. The salesmen both just walked off. I felt kind of small but I sucked it up and just went back to my car.Figured they didnt want to sell me that car, and I would find a better deal elsewhere. 2 days later, I found a white 2014 Camaro in Virginia. Long story short, I went ahead and put a deposit on it and decided to purchase that one. Well when I got my invoice it was not the numbers we agreed on over the phone so I canceled my purchased and figured I’d give ONE last chance to have AutoNation make it right. I drove my happy a** to AutoNation with an invoice of a very similar car that I could purchase if I sign some dotted line and I wanted to see if they would beat it. Again, I walk up and no one even blinks an eye. Frustrated I walked up to a salesman and asked if I could get some help with that red Camaro. He said he would go find someone and that was the last time I saw him. Pretty upset at that point, I went to the receptionist who was very nice. I asked her to please get someone out here to help me with that Camaro. I then told her if no one helped me, I was going to sign this invoice in front of her and buy a car at another dealership in their dealership. She picked up the phone and got a car salesman named Al Jamison over. Let me tell you, he was helpful right off the bat. He didnt even know the whole invoice situation, but was still helpful. When I explained to him my situation with another car, I asked him to see if he could beat the price and he did. They came back with a better interest rate and way better price. They let me test drive it and gave me everything I needed. I was in a hurry to get out so I didnt stick around for a detail so he gave me a voucher. But he was really helpful and from the moment we spoke. Finally I felt like a customer not a solicitor selling banana bread. So AutoNation Chevrolet, if youre reading this, tell your salesmen to give everyone an equal chance. I know you get plenty of tire kickers but it doesn’t hurt to answer a few questions. Besides that, my 2014 1LE 2SS Camaro is the best performing car I have purchased. Not the fastest, but definitely the best performing. I’ve had 5 mustangs prior so for a Mustang guy to say that about a Camaro, should say numbers. Thanks -Ryan

I went in looking for a SRX Cadillac I had the best sales guy help me with everything I needed to know. Once we started going over numbers with the general Manger Steven Gates thinking that he would give us a great deal I left feeling embarrassed and humiliated he yelled at me in front of all the coworkers and everyone that was around us telling me thats the best he can do and that was it.. Instead of being professional and coming to my table to tell me that the offer he gave me was all he can do instead he yelled as I Getting ready to leave auto nation I left feeling horrible and this was coming from the general manger. As I said spencer did such an amazing job that I went back I really wanted him to get this deal he worked really hard and made me feel really appreciated so as I went back to sign I again had to meet with that horrible manager again it was horrible numbers that we had agreed before signing wasnt the same numbers. as I was telling him it was incorrect all he said was give me the keys back to the Cadillac and Ill have them bring your vehicle up to the front I again left feeling embarrassed I said forget this again I spoke to spencer he convinced me to go back that I would be dealing with a different manager pier ... I went back feeling a little confident that this deal was gonna work out as they starting going over all the features the vehicle that I was getting didnt have the safety that I wanted by then I was frustrated, upset , I called the other manger Pier told him how frustrated I was and all he said Was if your not happy bring the car back... Im like wt...... By this time Im so pissed of Im calling managers leaving messages for Don, Stephen Champion and no phone calls are being returned I even called corporate office and I still havent had anyone one call me back finally Mr. Champion calls back wanting to charge me more if I got the safety awareness I finally said the place is a nightmare Ive never been so stressed out trying to buy a vehicle I finally decided that they lost the sale after all that I went through I was still willing to buy from them but decided my heart wasnt with auto nation I would never ever recommend buying anything from Cadillac auto nation bad bad customer service from general managers and managers go figure.....

Had my truck towed to this dealership when it broke down, problem was it would start but the gauges would go crazy and then the engine would shut off. Waited 2 days an never received a call from the Service Agent. So I called and learned my agent was Anna, but that she was on another line and they took a message to have her call me back. Never received a call that afternoon or the following day, so I called her back. She finally got on the phone and told us that they had not even looked at the truck yet and probably would not look at it until that afternoon. She said as soon as she knows something she would call me and let me know what the issue is. 2 more days pass with no message from Anna, so they have had my truck for 5 days now and they havent told me whats wrong. I call Anna again, and shes unavailable as she is on the other line, and I was told she would call me back. No call that afternoon, the next day I call her again and she finally gets on the phone with me, with a little bit of sass telling me she would call me when she knew something. But it had been over a week without my vehicle and no end in site on getting it repaired. She told me that since it was spring break vacationers take precedence over local business, I do not agree with this policy and felt like my business was not as important other customers; even though I had been without my main means of transportation for over a week and a half now. Ultimately they told me my problem was due to aftermarket radio and I asked for them to at least replace the battery, my suggestion not theirs. It cost me over $500.00 and 2 weeks for this experience and I am still not sure my truck is fixed or not so who knows? The only thing I know is I will never take it to this dealership again, Anna treated us like we didnt matter and we cant get over that.
