I met and dealt with Mike, and in my opinion, was a actually a pleasure to purchase a used auto here. He was very professional, greeted me, and set me up to do a test drive immediately. It had a bad battery, and replaced it with a reconditioned one for me. We talked prices and negotiate a fair sale to both our satisfaction. Once I tookownership, and keep in mind, used,sold as is no warranty. This same day I saw one headlight was out and had jump start twice, Had it tested at auto zone and another bad battery. Even Though It Was NO Warranty, I called Mike , and working with me, offering to split the cost of new battery and had his mechanic replace the light as well. Very pleased with the sales, no pressure at all, very professional attitudes from him and two other personsin the showroom and gave me good deal. AND, even though it was a as is no warranty deal He made it right, helping with cost to new battery and the light replacement. Very very pleased and overall great purchase and follow up experience. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in need of a good decent used auto I will be a return customer when the need is required

About a 1 1/2 ago I found a car on this dealers website, from the moment I contacted them about the car to driving off the lot everything was seriously smooth sailing. Not once did I feel pressured. The dealer pretty much told me to look at the car I liked think about it and call him over when I was ready to discuss my options. I wish I didnt wait this long to write my review because I forgot the name of the manager that helped me, anyway thanks a lot for the best car buy experience. I love my car the same as when I first set foot in it (2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe). In short, Broadway has great cars and really service. That sounded real corny but they are truly really good.

Max Tauber, I just want to say thank you for all that you did to help me purchase the car (of my dreams) and you keeping your word. Some people do not realize that your words go alone way sometime. I received everything that you said you would do for me on purchasing that Lexus 2010. To whomever is your boss I just want to let them know that your customer service was on point, you do not find too many people (sales man) that keep their word once the deal is done and again for that I say thank you? I did check my mail on yesterday and I did receive my Lexus manual. Hopefully we can do business in the future.

Bought a bmw and had issues afterwards. The bill ended up around $3k, but the owner never flinched or wavered. They stepped up and were responsible. In buying a used car, the legal advice is "buyer beware;" however, they are stand up people and handled the problem from start to finish. Strongly endorse them. Montes follow up to make sure I was content may have been the best customer service I have seen in my 53 years.
