I have been looking for a 2016 Hyundai Genesis 3.8 HTRAC in Caspian Black with a beige interior, and all three package options since November of last year. I used True Car to estimate the market value of the car, and True Car referred me to 3 dealers in the Oklahoma City area, however, none of them would honor the True Car estimated price because they didnt have the car that I wanted in stock. They did say that they could locate the vehicle for me, but it would cost me MSRP less available incentives. I didnt want to pay MSRP because True Cars estimate was close to $6000 dollars lower than MSRP, so I expanded my search to Dallas and Houston areas. As soon as I sent my information through True Car, I was contacted by an Huffines Hyundai Internet Representative, who started delivering good news one text at a time. They had the car in stock. They would honor the True Car Estimate, which was the lowest price that I could find, and best of all, they would deliver the vehicle to my front door! Financing application was painless to fill out, and they offered me an interest rate better than USAA. Within 24 hours of contacting me, Huffines Hyundai were on their way to my house to deliver the vehicle, and I received it yesterday in pristine condition. This is the third time that I have purchased a vehicle from a dealership, and my experience with Huffines Hyundai was, by far, the best. Theyre honest, polite, efficient, upfront with their pricing, and courteous. If I ever buy another Hyundai, it will be from these guys. I highly recommend them, without any reservations, to anyone interested in buying a Hyundai. 03/11/2016 It has been two months since I purchased the vehicle referenced above, and I have yet to receive my license plates. It turns out that they havent even begun the process until I called in and inquired. My temporary tags will expire in less than a week. I dont know when I will have them. The dealership also collected 0.25% more in excise tax than what is owed, which they havent returned to me as of today. Their sales department is exemplary, but the department that handles Tag and Title is sub par. Because of this, I have taken off a star from my initial rating. 3/14/2016 I was told that they would handle the issue at hand today, but no one called me despite my leaving a message with the person in charge of getting the tags. The dealership collected excise tax on the vehicle, and they have yet to forward the collected tax to our local tax office here in Oklahoma. Meanwhile, my temporary tags expire tomorrow, so I wont be able to drive the vehicle. Hope to have this issue taken care of soon.

I want Dave to be my salesman on all of my car purchases. No really I wish this was possible. I mean it kinda is if I only bought Hyundais for the rest of my life. If you happen to read the post I did about Fenton Hyundai. This is basically part two. Anyhow so David Keith Harrison (the one I was in contact with.) Is a life saver. True he did show me a new Hyundai but, then again I was looking in the new lot. He asked me what I was looking for and I told him a car bellow $25,000. He replied with the question if I liked Automatic or Manual (I found out later that I was walking near a Elantra Sport. They only have those in manual here.) I told him auto cause I havent driven manual and where I live Id be a pain to have. He walked me inside and showed me a Veloster Turbo and a Sonata. Recommending the latter due to the need of comfort. Afterwards he took me into his office and set up a Simi comparison sheet. He suggested due to my budget the Elantra Value Edition. Now to be fair I wasnt thrilled when he said that being an automotive enthustics and all but, I was willing to roll with it. He promptly got the car. With a cream interior (because screw burn-my-ass-black.) And began explaining all the features the car had showing me then and demonstrating as well. Now at the other Hyundai dealership I eluded to they said nothing. Just that its a car. Okay I know that I have eyes. But, when we were finished with the test drive I new almost all the features from top to bottom. (The car is basically a budget Limited minus the leather and 2.0 engine if I remember correctly.) And it was a good deal. Now it was late so I returned home to come back the next week. (I had work okay?) Moving on. Next week comes around and it was raining hard. My mother didnt know about the place I was talking about and refused to go their. Frustrated I canceled the test drive and came back later that day. He had some unfortunate news. Using basic reasoning his boss told him that if we did go through with this it would end up being an interest rate of 16% to 18%. He wasnt about to let me dig myself a hole I could never come out of. It was disheartening to hear yes. Especially since they hadnt even checked my credit to begin with. But, not having credit it was the reality that laid before me. So I didnt buy, a car from them. HOWEVER! I am both continuing to save up money and build credit so that I may buy a car. High chance it will be from David. And on a personal note. Dave... Your the best dealer Ive dealt with so far. Thank you for being honest it really does go a long way.

Kazeem is the quintessential professional. This is the second vehicle purchased from him and we will buy another from him before the year is out. Great communication, transparency, and ethics beyond reproach make him a valued business partner. Jason, New Car Sales Director is great and truly customer-focused. Isaiah in F & I makes the closing process a simple, painless, no-pressure experience. Note to self, next time Kaz has scheduled vacation while a purchase is in the works, put the deal on hold until his return. Anthony A., Kazs teammate, has sub-par product knowledge and even worse ethics, integrity, and customer service skills. He was intentionally offensive in his remarks about my former profession. I caught him in multiple outright lies, and he broke multiple commitments, that I refused to deal with him and further. Myron, one of the sales managers, was not much better than Anthony A. A condescending person with no demonstrated desire to do the right thing, he has no place in any sort of supervisory position. Argumentative, condescending, and shallow, he seemed more interested in being right than doing right. When proven that he was wrong, he got worse. New car delivery by Myron was a joke. He pointed to my car, gave me the keys, and that was it. Then there were paperwork errors that he did not want to fix. My car, which was supposed to have less than fifty miles on it had almost 400, and the date of delivery was about a week after the date on the original paperwork, both of which could affect my warranty coverage (thank you, Isaiah, for stepping in and fixing these). Only when I came back inside and told Myron there were a couple of issues with the car did he even go outside to the car with me, and then getting him to do the right thing was like pulling teeth. Only after I asked to speak with his superior or threatened to walk on the purchase did I get anywhere with him. Even then, it took multiple trips to the dealership and many wasted hours of my time before everything was made as right as it could be. Huffines Hyundai of McKinney is a great dealership, and I will shop there again soon to purchase my wifes next car. You get a fair price and an honest deal, just ask for Kaz, and avoid Anthony A. and Myron like you would avoid the plague.
