Reply to Jason Carson. I assure you there is nothing false about what I`m saying. Just this week i had to pay $900 to replace the front axle of the car. The technician straight up asked me if I ran into something. The axle was damaged from whatever collision the car was in and was never disclosed by these "honorable" salesmen as you call them. Answer this question-If they are so honest and care about their customers, why would they not fix all major issues with the cars BEFORE selling them and having you find out after the fact and have to haggle with them to fix it..in the 6 month time frame? It would be honest and easier to fix everything up front so they don`t get reviews like this. The fact is they will fix the car to the minimum in order to sell and get your money. i`m glad you had a great experience...we did not..because we were lied 2...we have a lemon that seems to continually needs to have something fixed..that should have been repaired after whatever collision it was in. So buyer beware...ur rolling the dice and hoping u get a good experience or car..if not you will be in my situation". “We live by out Moto of Honesty is our first policy.” Quoted from the Select City website, and it is absolutely NOT true. Before purchasing a vehicle from the location we asked the salesman (Fiez) about the noticeable repair that was done to the body…and even after seeing the Carfax report where “Frame damage” was listed, he stated that this was due to towing and NOT a collision. From their (Select City) Bill of Sale Terms and Conditions contract it states: “The party/buyer should understand that, we as a dealer /agent do not know anything else about the vehicle other than what Carfax provides us with.” Yet we were provided a story as to what happened and assured that this car was NOT in a collision. There is a term for this called “Fraudulent misrepresentation.” Fast forward to present and the car is having “issues” due to the frame damage, caused by inadequate repair from a collision (dealership and body shop confirmed this). They (Select City) have stated that would like to” fix” the problems. I am not even considering this option for 2 reasons. 1-If you could fix the frame…why not fix it BEFORE selling it, and 2-Since we were lied to about the cause of the damages, how can we be sure that they would be truthful in fixing the frame. The bottom line is that any ethical car salesman would not sell a car under Fraudulent misrepresentation, would not sell a lemon, and not even offer a refund when confronted. But sales may trump honesty and ethics. My recommendation for this location goes beyond BUYER BEWARE to BUYER AVOID.

Yesterday was absolutely the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Im in my mid-forties and am a technology professional in a Fortune 500 company, as is my spouse. We have purchased several vehicles around DFW in our nearly 20 years of marriage, and most were experiences we would rather forget. Ive done my share of walking out of dealers never to return. But yesterday at Select City was different. Very, very different. From the time of first seeing the sedan I had spotted on TrueCar to the time I had paid in full, was walking out the door, and was having the car delivered to my house, I had probably spent a total of an hour to an hour and 15 minutes max at Select City... and thats with my young daughter in tow, including a test drive with just me and my daughter, and including a 15-minute zero-pressure inspection of the car inside and out... again left to be done all by myself! No pressure, no hassle, all questions answered, and totally friendly and sincere. And as TrueCar had advertised, the price was the price, and it was very good. There were no extra fees, nada. Price + TT&L = exactly what I had estimated before I walked in the door. Outside of maybe Teslas attempt to disrupt the traditional approach to car buying, I cant imagine a dealer working harder to make the experience pleasant for customers. I mean good, grief! Have you ever had a fantastic waiter or waitress at a great restaurant and felt happy to tip them generously? I actually had that feeling ***AFTER BUYING A CAR***. Yeah, I know... it sounds like insanity. But thats the kind of surprise and gratitude I felt after I was home, looking at my new Honda Accord, and realizing that I had the entire rest of my Saturday to spend having fun with my daughter instead of burning hours getting the run around at a traditional dealer (yeah, you heard me, every Honda dealer in North Texas). Anyway, trust the customer reviews of Select City. Select Citys sincerity and desire to be good to customers is real. I liked the proprietor so much that I started talking to him just because I enjoyed the conversation. While doing so, I eventually learned he is a Marine veteran of ~8 years and is now in the National Guard. He served in Afghanistan, Iraq, and others overseas posts. So you want to have a great car buying experience, get a great price for a good vehicle, and feel like you did business with a fantastic business owner and fellow citizen and member of your community? Try Select City. I will for all of my familys cars in the future. -- Patrick Dawson

Select City Cars My experience with this dealership was quick, efficient and honest. Faiz and his brother were very easy to deal with. No haggling or stress. Faiz made the buying process so easy and stress free. I could not find an Acura that I wanted in Oklahoma City for a reasonable price. I found this dealership online. They had quality cars with the car fax information available. I e-mailed Faiz and let him know which car I was interested and we set up an appointment for me to drive down for a test drive. I was very pleased upon seeing the vehicle. It was exactly like the photos. I test drover the car and there were no problems. I applied online with his dealership and I was approved but I was financed by my bank only because I did not reside in Texas. I drove down the next week with a cashiers check for Faiz. He handled all paperwork and taxes due for Texas. No hidden fees or additional charges. I was pleased to drive home in my Acura TL. I have had it for over a year now. The only problem I had was when I purchased a new battery. I had to call Faiz to reset the internet radio. Besides regular maintenance there have been no other issues. I would recommend them to family and friends. Great customer service and satisfaction. Thanks Faiz

I have purchased three vehicles at this dealership and I have been a repeat customer for a reason. I have found that at other dealerships the customer service is far below par level, and the entire process has been extremely exhausting and frustrating. I have always left Selectcitycars with a great feeling of the purchased vehicles, and the management is not only friendly and helpful, but has always gone out of their way to explain options to me to make sure I have made the best, most educated decision. I feel when you purchase a vehicle at selectcitycars you are family, and well taken care of. I have referred about 7 or so friends and family members to purchase vehicles at this dealership, and they have all raved about their process, people, and quality. Never have I or any of them ever come across an issue or problem with this establishment. This dealership is run like a business that takes care of their customers for the long run, not like a circus where you get thrown around at all the ringleaders. There are plenty of dealership in the area, however, if you want to enjoy the experience of purchasing a vehicle, I suggest and recommend highly you take a visit to selectcitycars
