So yesterday I went for my first oil change. Got there about 10:30 and was told they could do it but since I didnt have an appointment it would be 2-3 hours. No problem, they had an appointment available at 3:00 which I agreed to. Service guy wrote everything up so they could get me in and out. I also asked him about reprogramming my speedo since I went up in tire size. He said he would check price for me. I return at 2:40 and am met by different service person. Told him I had a 3:00 for oil change. Also informed him that I had purchased prepaid service (first guy saw this when he wrote me up). Asked about the reprogramming and was told $139. Said I could buy a programmer and do it myself but would void warranty. So I said to go ahead with oil change and programming. 10 minutes later the guy comes into the lobby and asked if I purchased the jeep from them. I said no. He then asked if I had any coupons I wanted to use to save money on the oil change. I said no, its prepaid. He looked at the paperwork and said thats right you get 12 oil changes. An hour and a half later the guy comes back and says Im ready and walks me to the cashier and hands me a bill for $211. I looked at it and asked how it got to $211. He started off saying that the oil change was $45...I stopped him there and reminded him that it was prepaid. He said oh I forgot and took the bill back to his computer to correct it. He came back with a bill for $165. I said how did you get $165? He showed me a misc line item for $25 that all customers get charged to cover the cost of shop materials like towels and such. I said I was not paying for their shop towels and would only pay for the quoted price of $139. He continued to argue at which point I got loud enough that the six other customers were all giving us their full attention. At this point he lined through the misc charge. I paid the bill and left. On my way home I scrolled through the menu and noticed that the oil life readout was still at 25%. I pulled into a parking lot and reset it, aggravated they hadnt done so at the dealership. Later in the evening while driving to pick up my son I thought I should make a mental note about the mileage at which I need to change the oil again. I look up in the corner of the windshield for the service sticker and there isnt one. Now I start to get concerned. When I got to church to pick up my son I check the dipstick and sure enough instead of the very clear oil I expect to see, I see oil that looks like its due an oil change. So, from all appearances, they didnt even change the oil during my hour and a half visit. But on the bright side, my speedo is dead on.

were to start. My wife drives a 2007 Chrysler 300 we bought the car with 17k miles and have owned it for about 6 years the car has been great overall. I am some what of a mechanic so maintence is top notch on the car. we had to take the car in for recall work a couple years ago. in process of fixing the shifter they cut the leather on the front seat. Service manager at the time did what he could to correct the issue. While they completed recall work and repair to seat they gave a complamentary loaner car and washed her car. This go around we take the car out for the air bag recall that you see all over the news. The guy was rude and she asked if she would get a loaner car and answer was no. Ok I transport her no issue. We go to pick th ecar up after a full day at the shop and whith in 1 mile from dealership we start getting error lights (ABS / EPS) and tranction control lights coming on. The next morning we take the car back to the dealership. The service writer says its not our fault your steering angle sensor is out and you will need to buy another one. I was like no way this car was fine and we brought it in for recall were you worked on it in the same area and now you want me to pay for something that you say went out less than a mile from dealership.. Not gonna happen. the service writer sia dhe reset and we would need to purchase new sensor if problem persisited. I asked for written invoice were I had to bring car back and he refused to give me one. I then asked for manager. I spoke with Jerad Martin and he informed me that he would install sensor for free if we bought it. He said the car has 130k miles and stuff breaks. I informed him it was not broke when I left it needed to be fixed when I get it back. He siad it was not there fault and see if light came back on. Next day lights came back on intermitten so I called Chrysler Corperate and the lady said sheh was opening a case and they would have them call me back to fix. It has now been a couple weeksk and no call back. Stay away these people are crooks. While I was speaking with manager my wife said a man waiting in lobby was there because he had issues after bringing his car in for air bag recall.

This was one of the worst experiences at a car dealership that I have ever experienced. I went because I received an invited in the mail with a guaranteed $25.00 gift card just for stopping by so I said what the heck lets visit at least my gas would be covered. First of all the salesman was new but a great guy by the name of Matthew Earnest and he was just learning the inventory and specs. We looked at a couple of Chrysler 300s on a dirt lot finding one that was damaged which then I became uninterested in what I initially stopped by to see. So I told Matthew I appreciated his service and just wanted to get the promised $25.00 gift card in the mail out for my time. He told his manager and his manager told him I had to test drive a vehicle to get the gift card which was not stipulated on the mailout card. Then we looked at the 2017 Dodge Charger Daytona and test drove it and I fell in love. We did the paperwork and applied for credit and I was there until 9:00pm at night. The banks closed and I was told to come back at 1:00pm the next day. Before leaving I asked the manager for my gift card again and the manager said be back tomorrow. I drove to Waxahachie from Duncanville and was not about to waste my time with a dishonest stereotypical car salesman who is unfortunately teaching new honest salesmen BAD tricks of the trade. Im a Navy Vet and the salesman Matthew was a Seabee in the Navy and its a shame our core values "Honor, Courage, and Commitment" are not honored in the place he works or where I went for a honest deal. My advice is throw Waxahachie Dodge Jeep Chrysler mailbox ads in the trash because its a lure to get you in and they do not honor what they print. I thought we were trying to make America great again!!!!
